I can't share details because I have yet to see their service. I called almost two weeks ago and was told they would "get right back to me". After over a week of no response, I called for an update on when I'd hear from them. Again I was told they would contact me. I understand that they may be short-handed, but there is no excuse for not making a phone call.
I'm like a mile or two from where it says their offices are. I will be changing this to 1 star if I don't hear back soon because no service is bad service. Of course, I'll rate higher if I receive good service. It's up to you True Blue.

This company is terrible. They used to be good but not any more. We used to buy the chemicals from then and then we switched to full service. Last summer one guy would dump in a gallon of bleach every week for a monthly rate of over $100. They said we needed a filter so I called them and said I had the exact filter they needed. They threw it away and put their own in without talking to me.
Then 2 months ago I had a pool leak. They wanted a lot of money to fix it. I called a son who has a friend who does repairs and I paid him a lot less money. Don't trust them!

I had to blue service for about two years. About once every two months I had an entirely green pool and at sometimes it would take three days for them to come out and fix the problem. They always complain that I had to add extra chemicals or something else in the summertime because it had of Apparation and they had to add water. They started adding extra charges to my bill unknown to me.
I was playing $105 a month for entire pool service which was supposed to be clean once a week and scrub once a week and I would see where they would run the brush every few feet in the side of the pool would be like a zebra with green stripes. Clearly it was poor service. Then when I talk to them they would come out and clean it properly. The owner or manager did not have a good attitude and definitely did not feel like they needed to treat the client properly.
They felt privileged and thought they have enough account so they can be A real jerk on the phone. There are so many other people services which you could count on and probably trust. I moved on and I'm glad because I don't want to support someone who treats the community as poor as these people dead. Nothing against the pool service people that came out but against the owner because they don't manage the accounts properly.
I can't believe they want to charge you $105 for everything to be included and then sneak in an extra bills for salt or extra chlorine or whatever because they think your pool needed to watch that month. Otherwise I would do it myself. Go somewhere else. Support someone who supports the community.
