Do not waste your time shopping around if you want to be able to sleep at night throughout the entire pool construction process. Great workers that clean up after themselves daily. Quality, communication and honesty sets them apart from other companies. I would definitely use them again! Not the cheapest company, but you definitely get what you pay for, thanks again Mike!

I started to plan my new pool project with a large list of fears and concerns. Not only I had no experience at all (this was my first pool) but there were several challenges that needed to be considered and overcome for us to improve our chances of success. Coordination was of upmost importance. Trees got to be removed, power and water lines disconnected, demolition of an entire concrete yard and to top it off.very narrow access to the site.

In a few words, plenty of possibilities for something to go wrong. I dedicated several months to research and interview pool builders in the area (total of 7). I received estimates from 5 different companies. Design Concepts was not the lowest nor highest in price but brought me re-assurance from the very start. Design Concepts exceeded our expectations.

All crews executed every step of the project perfectly to completion. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for the quality, professionalism, knowledge and its effectiveness at all levels. Design Concepts & Construction turned out to one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Our pool is absolutely beautiful. By far the best pool designer in Cape Coral! If you are looking for a higher end pool, look no further. Ken, the owner, is exceptional! He does not try to oversell you anything. He also did something that the other pool guys didn't. He first listened to what we wanted, and then explained to us what sounded good and why certain things were not such a great idea.

The other guys tried to tell me what I wanted. He talked us out of a very expensive pool finish and told us how we could get a better bang for our money. From start to finish their crews worked to ensure everything was exactly as we had planned. They were very upfront on the timeline of the pool installation. Mike, the operations manager, was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had.

We recently had a pool designed and constructed by Design Concepts. We could not be happier. From our initial meeting to designing the pool to the final inspection from Ken everything went smoothly and on schedule. As an added bonus our neighbors were completely satisfied as there was minimal noise and debris. I highly recommend them.

We had a pool designed and built by Design Concepts. They did an absolutely amazing job! The crew was discreet, quiet and able to finish the job in less than three months (in the summertime in Florida!). I will definitely hire Design Concepts if we move and build another pool.
