While fresh water is a bountiful resource these days, it certainly isn't cheap. If your pool is loosing water, and you can't tell where all those gallons are going, call Universal. Our trained technicians will locate your leak, and make recommendations for its repair. Lost water means lost chemicals and lost dollars.
Universal designs and builds the finest custom pools in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. We offer the newest and most energy-efficient options infiltration, sanitizing, and automation. If you have an idea in mind Universal can make it a reality. If you need ideas, we are more than able to visualize a total backyard experience.
Universal believes that owning a swimming pool should be a pleasurable experience rather than a laborious one. To that end, we have created three levels of our award-winning service. Test pool water chemistry and balance pool water (chemicals are included with some packages). Adjust stabilization chemicals (pH, alkalinity, calcium, chlorine, chlorine stabilizer) chemicals are included with some packages.
Since no two pools are the same, all Weekly and Bi-weekly service plans are custom designed for each individual pool. Universal includes a vacuuming service as part of our Weekly and Bi-weekly service plans at no additional cost. The following questionnaire will help us to determine a price for your pool service. All plans will include an opening and closing of the pool.

Universal Pool has serviced my pool for the last 18 years. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how pleased, satisfied and appreciative I am of the multitude of service they have rendered to me over the years. Each service technician I have come in contact with has always taken the time to educate me on the myriad of functioning aspects of operating the pool; always professional and above all, being patient wth my questions, which were many.
And to Jim, a million thanks for excelling in providing suggestions whenever I had a problem. To LeAnn, an absolute delight to talk to always, helpful which always left me with the feeling "I am in good hands."Universal is the best!

Universal Pool and Spa provides 5 star service that you will not receive anywhere else! They started opening and closing my pool about 3 years ago and after the fantastic opening and closing service the first year I knew the weekly service was right for me. Once they started the weekly service I felt like I could just relax and fully enjoy my pool because they took care of the rest.
If there is ever an issue, I call their office and speak LeAnn! If she cannot answer my question I know the owner (Jim) will personally call me back about any questions I may have and have one of the guys out here the next day working on my pool. I have found that other companies try to take advantage of people who do not have much knowledge about their pool. However, this is NOT the case for Universal. If you want a trustworthy reliable pool company that gives you fabulous service, then look no further because Universal Pool and Spa are your guys.
