This Scope of work for this custom install had some Extreme Excavation for this 12' x 24' x 52" Above Ground Pool Installation with 6"x 6"x 12' pressure treated lumber for the retaining wall, installed for holding the ground in place and black safety fence railing to surround the retaining wall for the home owners family, the existing deck steps will be removed and a new deck installed to the pool for easy access to the new pool for the family.

This is normal with a sand pool bottom, The sand is tamped and troweled, and also there are thousands of tons of water on top of it as well. It will shift and move when walked on, as you use your new pool it will start to blend together over time, the longer the pool sits the harder the sand bottom will become.

Pick out the area where you want the pool before the installation date. This area needs to meet your township/county codes (proper distances away from property lines and any permanent structures). Do you have a minimum 6 ft. A permit may be necessary for the pool, this usually depends on the pool size (smaller pools may not apply).

LADDERS (We only install ladders that attach directly to the decking entrance, No A-frame Ladders, No in pool Ladders). When replacing an old pool that was 48" tall and the new pool is 52", 54", 56", inches tall and /or was buried and the ground needs to be excavated to match an old deck height and/or to clean up the over growth of dirt, rocks, mulch, or anything around the outer edges of the old existing pool site, there will be a minimum charge of $ 500.00 to excavate the pool location and make it a workable area.
