They owner and employees are always helpful and knowledgeable of pool and spa care.

Harry was extremely helpful with getting my pool from dirty green to crystal clear. His shop does get busy since he is the only one working right now. But you can leave your water sample there and he will call you once he gets a chance to run the test. Harry will not b.s. you with things that you do not need. It is worth the drive from Northeast San Jacinto to his shop. Be patient or get a job there to help him with all the customers.

Don't know the guys name that helped me but really cool guy gave me a ton of information on keeping my pool up to par and what product use and not to use i will be going back

I paid over $5,000.00 to have a COMPLETE NEW SAFE SYSTEM put in what I got, well let's just say I have to worry about be electrocuted Evey time I turn off my heater! The tech. Placed the electric pumps in the walk path to the heater, the pipes leak and they didn't install one pump th ts right a new complete system, was a pump short. This started in February of this year, and it's still not fixed. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY THE OWNER. My advice from my experience is go elsewhere!

Very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my pool problems. Unfortunately, under staffed so it took longer than I would have preferred.

After seeing the other reviews I was a little skeptical but I like to see things for myself and give everyone a fair chance and Im really glad I did! I was lucky enough to buy a decent size pool to cool off in but its been years since I've taken care of one so I went in needing a refresher course. Mike was very helpful! He gave me All of the info I needed and made sure I got all the supplies I needed without selling me things I didn't need. I'd much rather give my business to someone local and I'm so glad I listened to my instincts and gave them a try! I'm sure I'll e a regular there because I plan on getting a lot of use from my pool: Stay safe everyone and don't always listen to negative reviews. some people are never happy and remember, everyone is entitled to have a bad day.

Harry is very knowledgeable and will always steer you in the right direction. He never pressures you into buying expensive items unless he gives valid reasons first.

I was really frustrated because my pool was getting green by the day. The owner game me very clear instructions in how to clean it. Gave me the products I needed and even took the time to write step by step on the bottles. Now my pool is crystal clean again! He is the best in town!

I would give a zero if possible. I have purchased products here on occasion in the past, because it is convenient, all while listening to the same man complain about his customers. Today i was there at 9:05 but it was not open. with a message on the door, be back in 10 mins, making deliveries. I ran another errand, came back at 9:30, still not open. 3rd time he was open.

I went to buy chlorine and the options were, 1 pound, 5 pound, and 50 pounds. I ask for the 50 pounds, he said he could not carry it to my car because his shoulder hurt, I said ok, ill have my husband come back, then a kind gentleman customer offered to carrie it out to my car. As he took it to my car, the owner continued to insult customers who can not carry their own items.

He rang up the item, continuing to insult me because I could not carry 50 pounds, and how women come in expecting him to carry our items, and we need to carry our own S**t. I suggested maybe he could have a 20/25 pound, so we could and he flat out said no along with other insulting rermarks. After he continued to insult me to the gentleman and his daughter, and rang up the item, I decided I would not do business with such mean and hateful person.

I walked out determined to drag that 50 pounds of chlorine out of my car. The gentleman customer came and took it out for me. I'm so sad that the owner of the store was so hateful, and very grateful to the gentleman who helped me.

I got a filter system put in and to this day the backwash system has not been hooked up they keep saying they will come but never follow through. I also bought a pool light that worked for a few seconds, they keep saying they will send an electrition but no show, I spent thousands of dollars, very disappointed!

I was searching high and low for a rubber wrench to remove the cover to our fountain filter. No where to be found at the size of 8 inches until I found Mike at Valley Pool and Spa Supply! He promptly went the to back of the store and GAVE ME ONE! He said it's been there for years and no one uses it! What a phenomenal person Mike is! Thank you Mike and everyone in Hemet should utilize he services and products!

Called for a part this morning shopped at other stores for price comparison they beat them buy 20 dollars thanks again

Every time I go into the store I receive excellent service from the owner Harry. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our family is happy to continue to support the local guy who goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy.

I have been going to valley pool for over 20 years and have always been given the best service and information available, they always take the time to insure i full understand the how, why, when of every situation.

I was rebuilding my spa. I was adding a ozone generator and knew the parts I needed. I was told they need to come out and see what I needed and do a diagram for it. They need the parts numbers. I needed the ozone generator what ever brand they had I said. it would worn. I needed a ozone jet and did not care what brand because I can make it work, and 2 slip tee.

A parts number for that REALLY? Being a business owner I like to shop local. Well I spent my $500 on line and got what I needed! By the way he did not want to look the parts up! He said what you want me to do all the work! It is easier to get them on line than to go here. Next I called for an air switch. I have it out and had the part and all the numbers need to know what kind of spa.

I did not know so I gave the maker and parts number and that was no help at all. Got no were so hung up and ordered on line at spa depot. Ordered there before and was very happy, but wanted to stay local. got my part with out the spa brand. What a joke this place is!

I had the technician come out twice to fix my heater. The first time he said it was a logic circuit board. It was going to be $1100.00. Then he came back in a few months later and couldnt figure it out. I called another pool service technician and in 20 minutes told me there was actually two parts bad and showed me. So I ended up replacing the heater with a "NEW" used one for less money then the one part was going to cost. Ill be going with the new person from now on.

Went to this place once, 14 years ago, when I just bought a house with a pool and I knew nothing about pool care. I got terribly oversold and never went back. Valley got my money once, but lost me as a customer for life. I've since spent all my pool dollars at Leslies.
