I used Pacific Pools to design and construct my pool and patio. I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish (Today is pebble fina plaster) The entire staff was friendly and responsive during the entire process, their sub contractors were also friendly and responsive. Especially during this pandemic of people being short staffed and products on back order I have no complaints.
I did have to change my coping due to the original choice being out of stock but I was given the option to wait for it to come in but I chose a different option instead of waiting. Chuck and Chaz have been great and I used Extreme Concrete (Warren) for concrete and he was great also. I will post pictures once the pool is filled and cleanup is complete for reference. I definitely recommend this company and Im glad I chose them over the other companies I consulted. A++++++++

I ask for a top quality and high tech pool. As construction started I found that so many parts were options and not included in my pricing that I asked for! Very little communication with me as to what is going on. Scheduled for less than three months turned into almost five months. Being frustrated I finished the pool myself as an owner builder!

Terrible experience with Pacific pools from start to end of construction. Of course the sales man was very polite and friendly, but that's where it ended. The subcontractors except for the rebar guys were unprofessional and careless, they Left trash everywhere and oil stains on the street. When it was brought up to Chuck he said he would take care of it and it never happened.
They forgot to install decorative tile in the bottom of the pool and they hardly apologized. They put the drain hole in the skimmer too low and their solution was to tell me to put a wine cork in it. They plaster looks terrible but "it's within industry standard" so it's good enough for Pacific pools. They also tore up my front lawn with the bobcat when digging out the pool, they told me it will be cheaper to replace grass than redoing all the pavers I have around my house, that made sense until the pulled up all the pavers around my house to install the gas and electric lines.
So I had to pay for a new lawn and to have the pavers replaced. They never followed through with the pool start up. Maybe if we spent 100k on the pool instead of 60k we would have been taken care of better. As you can see from his response, it's always everyone else's fault except for pacific pools, dont expect anything different for you pool construction.

We were told "I'm sorry the information you have been provided with has been consistently incorrect, we just give you the standard answer because we're so busy." That's unfortunate for an excited young couple installing their first pool. This company has lost the customer service aspect to construction. If I told any client, oh I'm sorry, I just give you the standard answer, I'd probably loose my job.
The contractors that Pacific Pools hires deserve a five star rating. From beginning to end, it has been a challenge to work with this company. I would encourage others to def get a quote from, but I would recommend that you specifically ask them to NOT send Gary to your home for your initial quote and design. I would also recommend that you keep very detailed records of all invoicing and text messages. Ultimately, we love our pool and are grateful for that.

Pacific pool and patios are very good for leaving garbage everywhere they are very good for not sending anyone to clean they are very good for not answering calls or text messages are very good for not presenting in any Peri inspection for what they are really good It is to collect. Really, what a bad experience. One as a client pays a company to get it all done, hoping that company will take care of everything including inspections but it is the opposite of a headache.
