If I could give them a lower grade I would. I had them remodel my pool in the Process their work was poor poor their workers were sloppy. Since they're performing a remodel, it cut through the rebar of the existing pool and never repaired. They attempted to cover it up with pebble Tech and the finished quality based upon their work was wavy throughout the pool.

The tile that they installed as accent pieces send pieces, had to be covered up since doubt since their vendor performed the pebble tack in the pebble Tech could not work with their work. The plumbing that they did for the new equipment was done wrong and dead headed meaning I had to get another vendor out to correct their work. Another friend of mine used them and had very similar there's similar results. Steer clear of this company.

Blue Water did an outstanding job on our new pool. It was a very trying time in the midst of the pandemic and shutdown but Blue Water came through with flying colors. We're very pleased with the result. Services: Custom Swimming pool design, Inground pool installation

Critical: Quality Very poor communication. Charged me to fix problems that remained repetitive problems. Slow to react. Overall, a bad and expensive experience.

Adding a few more photos that show off how clear the pool is. Also, 2 months in to weekly service and I can add that Blue Water's weekly service program is excellent. Our pool is consistently crystal clear.

Phil and the team at Blue Water Pools are the ultimate experts when it comes to all things pool & spa and to a person the members of the team are phenomenal craftsmen. Blue Water Pools did a complete overhaul of our pool. This included replastering our pool with a pebble finish, adding new waterline tile, adding benches to the deep end, adding all new plumbing, all new lights, adding a new spillover spa, and upgrading all of our equipment including making the switch over to salt and adding automation.

We couldn't be happier with the results and the work has provided a vast improvement to our backyard. I highly recommend Blue Water Pools for your pool work. We've been so happy with the project that we've subsequently hired them to do weekly service for our pool (previously we did this work ourselves).

Blue Water Pools did a great job on my project. Very open to my creative, often over-bearing input and ideas, generally on time and worked through the heinous permitting process with a surprising minimum of delays. Turned out beautifully- better than we envisioned-and I liked working with Phil. They were recommended by a couple of my friends who also had great experiences. Did exactly what we agreed upon And being a bit of an engineering geek, I had a pool builder friend who does very high end work in Los Angeles inspect the hydraulics and overall materials and workmanship; he said it was excellent work.

Your business integrity and the time you take to explain each step along the way is admirable and hard to come by these days. We are truly pleased with the quality of Blue Water Pools and your extra effort to make sure we end up with the best pool possible does not go unappreciated
