Stopped for some chlorine.this is the first time here for me, I believe I paid $16 and change for 2 jugs of liquid chlorine. I believe $5 was for getting 1 jug rental.as I had 1 already. So I guess the chlorine was about $5.50 for 2.5 gal jug. I'm not sure if this is the best price around town, but I purchased it anyway. Counter person was very courteous.

New to the area and state we went to Mr Pool to purchase a pool. We bought the pool after knowing the price from Mr Pool, their installer they give you to contact and the excavator they give to contact. We were persistent in knowing exactly how much everything would cost. We were told we would pay for everything separately. We decided to back fill the dirt ourselves around the pool to save some money.
The excavator said he would be back to get it. A month later, we still have two enormous mounds of dirt in our yard. The excavator won't answer calls/texts, Mike the installer claims he won't be working with him anymore but tells us we have to pay to have the mounds removed. He also refuses to answer calls/texts and has not contaced when he claimed he would.
He has lied to us multiple times and contradicted himself. We then contact Mr Pool thinking someone has to make this right. Yesterday, they were very nice and I thought they were going to help us. Instead, Wes the owner spoke to me very rudely today and basically said it's not their problem. I would not recommend any of these companies. I will update with who the installer was also.

I sent an e-mail with property survey and what I wanted in a pool. In my email I stated that I needed to correspond ONLY through e-mail as I am in and out of meetings and trainings that have my days very tossed up due to COVID-19. I got 2 calls, each when I was in a meeting/ appointment. I didn't call back because it was the end of the day and after 9pm before I checked the voicemails.
The next day I got another call, again while I was in a meeting, and the voicemail stated that this was his third and final call with no response, so he is assuming I couldn't afford the price of the pool. I can afford the pool, what I don't have is free time in the day to answer phone calls, which is why I specifically requested emails. Let's just say I'll find another place to put my pool in.

Mr. Pool is the best! We bought a 12 foot round above ground pool here 18 years ago! It lasted that long and would have lasted longer if I had maintained a return gasket properly. We just purchased our second pool from Mr. Pool. A 15 foot round beauty! This time the grandkids will enjoy it! Mr. Pool has great salespeople and no hard sell. They present what you are looking for with various options and you make your choice. You can find pools cheaper somewhere else but the quality is not as good as a Mr. Pool pool. I definitely recommend them wholeheartedly!

We purchased our pool in May 2019. We hired "Mike" the recommended pool installer from Mr. Pool. In September 2019, we went out of town for a family gathering. Upon return, we found an empty pool. We went to Mr Pool with pictures and asked about the warranty. We were told to email the pictures along with what happened so that Wes could review it. Well Wes called a few days later and said he will send the installer for an inspection.
The installer said it wasn't his fault, we must have torn it with a TOE NAIL or something. We had to patch it our selves or pay. When I spoke with Wes again, and showed him it was a seam; he said that we had to purchase a new liner since there was no proof it was a warranty defect! Even with pictures. I will NEVER recommend Mr. Pool or "Mike the installer" again!

If I could put zero stars I would, our family was left with loads of manual labor to do and a pile of sand in our back yard and NO POOL, beyond disappointed and there was no attempt to try to even fix the problem. This was a big step for our family and a lot of money neither of which mattered to them. They did refund our money while smugly and aggressively wishing us luck on finding another company to do it for that price. Thankfully this ended up being a blessing in disguise having more done for a better price where they actually care about the customer!

Omg. I spoke to Jim about my Hot Springs spa that needs warrenty parts. I have to say he is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I did not purchase my spa at Mr Pool but they handle the warrenty as an authorized dealer. He made sure I knew that and it was an inconvenience for him to be handling it. Talk about being treated like a second class citizen. This guy is bad news.
