Todd with Riptide Pools was a pleasure to deal with. Very great communication, professionalism and did an awesome job for a fair price. He got our pool up and running in no time and was very knowledgeable about his trade. It was very refreshing to have someone with a high degree of integrity to come out and service and fix our pool. 5 STARS & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had them do all new pool equipment, build a fountain and change coping. The equipment was finished timely, but made a mess of the fountain and also left my place in a mess, Has not cleaned up.

We called Riptide Pool Services to replace our old pool pump with a more energy efficient one, and Todd did a great job with the installation. He was professional throughout, and also knowledgeable about the various pumps available, including the Pentair pump that we wanted. It's a week later and the system is running great with no call-back issues with the installation. I had a complete automation system installed with salt cell, heat pump, and new variable speed filter pump. The work was started late, and completed even later than what was promised. Their electrician tied to get me to pay him extra directly for "unanticipated issues". Once the work was done I could not get Todd to reply to any calls, emails, or texts regarding an issue with the install.

Two years later the filtration system stopped working. Again, I cannot get Todd to respond to any communication whatsoever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Use Riptide Pool Services at your own risk.

Staff was very nice but follow through is very challenging. All equipment upgrades were done well and when one part broke within 2 weeks of install was replaced promptly. After resurfacing pool, surface is still not as advertised after 6 months, lots of discoloration, streaking and spotting. Additionally pool had a leak following the resurfacing. Staff came out twice to address but it was still leaking and I stopped receiving responses.

Finally called and paid a leak detection company and they found the leak in the newly installed skimmer. Bottom line I would stick to equipment repairs or upgrades only, and look elsewhere for resurfacing. Other companies will offer better service to include balancing your water chemistry for a number of weeks afterwards which is very important and challenging following a resurfacing.

We have been extremely happy with Todd and Riptide. We had an emergency pool situation and he came referred by a friend. Not only did I get a hold of him immediately but he also was able to come out that day and assess the situation. He was able to determine the source of our problem within minutes of being there, something our own pool service failed to do.

He gave very helpful advice and got us a quote for the repairs that we needed. His quote was very reasonable and the repairs we done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Riptide Pool Services and will be using them in the future.

This company sucks. I paid 600.00 up front to have my pool drained on July 5th. Todd came out once or twice, pool never completely drained. poor communication. Then he went on vacation. We tried several times to contact him telling him we wanted a contract in writing on what her would be doing as far as resurface work and tile, an estimate on finish time. Never heard from him again. What a waste of 600 dollars. We are extremely disappointed in in this company. Here we are in October and looking to find new company.

Riptide was great. They were recommended by my pool guy after my led lights stopped working in the pool. Todd came right out, was up front on pricing, and got the job done when he said he would. I had a software issue changing the colors after the new lights were installed (not his fault/problem) and he took the time to fix that too at no additional charge. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great company.

When we first moved into our new house, Todd came over and checked out the fairly green pool. Within no time, Todd had the pool clean and safe to swim in for our little girl. We wanted something a little low maintenance and switched over to saltwater with Riptide, the conversion was done quickly and a great price. I would recommend anyone needing any pool services, call Todd at Riptide!

I called on a Friday before a holiday weekend and he (the owner) came out within 20 minutes and got my pool up and running for a very reasonable cost. Great customer service! I would recommend them to any one and will be calling them again if I have any maintenance needs for my pool.

After disappointment with our old pool service, and careful consideration choosing a new service, we settled on Riptide over two months ago. So far, they have been amazing. I have lived in my home over 11 years, and everyone who has come over since I started using Riptide has mentioned how great my pool looks. The staff is so easy to work with, and are right on top of things. So glad I chose them!
