He didn't only replace a broken part he also made sure the pump was operational as required by the manufacturer. I believe he went above and beyond what was required. I called the retail store where I purchased my AquaCal pool heater due to an HP5 error message I kept receiving. They contacted AquaCal and scheduled service for my unit due it being under warranty. The technician, Rigo Perez, came by my home within 72 hours and immediately identified the reason for my error. He rapidly fixed the issue and verified that the heater was functioning properly.

In addition, he updated the software on the unit and gave me clear instructions on some of the changes made to the functions on the keypad. Lastly, he spent time talking to me about my pool setup and shared his experiencing with his own pool. The technician was extremely nice and personable throughout the entire interaction. This experience, along with the quality of the heater, has verified that I made the right choice when I made the purchase. It was a pleasure to deal with Rigo and I would not hesitate purchasing additional AquaCal products in the future.

Their service technician (Jeff C.) came to my home in Ashburnham, MA on 6/2/22 to fix our heater. They arrived when I was told to expect him, they did not need me to be there, they kept me informed via phone, isolated the problem, rectified the issue and did so under warranty. When they were done, they called me to inform me what work was performed and that I would not owe anything.

I arrived home that evening to find my pool warming up and my family & I have been enjoying it ever since. I cannot say enough good about the service that I received from Aquacal and Jeff. C. Thank you all VERY much!

Technician: Jeff Cameron Dispatch#: 441900 I could not be more pleased with Jeff's visit today. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He phoned with his E.T.A to my location and arrived exactly as he had informed me. I deal with customer service in my own profession and this type of employee should never be overlooked as a valuable asset for AquaCal.

He quickly diagnosed a pesky issue, and determined a solution. He then explained with detail the issue and repair, and set my mind at ease that my heat-pump was fully up to AquaCal's specifications and working at maximum efficiency. He also explained its proper operation and made suggestions for my particular weather situation and usage needs. If I have any further issues with my AquaCal heatpump it's certainly Jeff Cameron I want servicing it.

Jeff Cameron just serviced our new heat pump and he was exceptional, he fixed our problem and then discussed in great detail how to get the most out of the heater and how to manage the variable speed pool pump in correlation with the heater. He's awesome! Thanks Jeff

Great experience along with accountability from beginning to end. Called Tuesday 5/10 spoke with Tammy and she was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and detailed with the timeline of events to come and what my coverage/warranty would entail. We'd have this wrapped up some time next week. Got a confirmation call Thursday 5/12, name escapes me could have been automated for arrival Saturday 5/14 between 9am-1pm. Got a final confirmation call Friday confirming Saturday's appointment. Saturday 5/14 8:15am, I get a call from Jeff Cameron who will be my tech performing the work. Shared he be in the are and would it be okay if he arrived a "little early".

As someone who deals with and is a service provider, I can't tell you how much I look forward to hearing those words. Jeff arrived at 8:45am was easy to identify in company polo and looked sharp and professional. He was courteous and went right to work. He shared with me the issue, how he was going to fix, why it happened, and how he was going to prevent it from happening again.

He also performed diagnostics and following his assessment made adjustments to ensure optimal performance. He was thorough and timely finishing in 45mins. Wrapped this up before noon on Saturday from a call on Tuesday. Home RUN hitters! He then went over my warranty much like Tammy did, and presented me with paper work outlining work performed. He also gave me his card with the ability to provide a review.

After the experience I had with AquaCal from beginning to end I felt I had to respond in the same manner. I don't know much about the size and scale of AquaCal however the attention to detail, understanding of the products and their maintenance, coupled with their accountability to the customer and products performance is next level in a world where customer service is falling away.

I highly recommend their product, their warranty, along with their customer service and service team. I hope to not have to call again, but I have incredible peace of mind knowing that if I do I'll be well taken care of by Tammy, Jeff and the entire AquaCal Team. Douglas Murphy was our technician, I was exceptionally relieved that he was able to troubleshoot and resolve our pool heater issues. I will most certainly use this company again and I will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family. They are all very professional and punctual and highly skilled.

We just had Joao Castro DePasso service our system and he was great. We have never owned a pool and just bought a home with Aqua Cal Autopilot system. It needed a new part, which he installed. He thoroughly explained how it works and we are thrilled! Very professional operation. Highly recommend this company.

Tech Jeff Cameron was out today to fix our pool heater. He did a great job, calling in advance to announce his arrival, on time. He was very informative and helped to explain the new control panel and make recommendations for meeting our heating needs. Very polite, he made sure I understood the directions and did not rush off as some of the techs I have worked with (other companies) do.

Recently moved into a new house with an aqua Cal unit and I've been having problems with it. I've called several times to try to get them to come out but they merely tell you that they'll come out within the next two weeks and let you know when they're coming. Those two weeks pass they never came out

We have had this pool heater for 2.5 years. We haven't had any issues with it until now. I called the service department and they had someone out here in 48 hours. The tech was very knowledgeable, Rigo Perez is his name, he fixed a few things that were potential issues in the future, as well as the actual problem I was having. I have the extended warranty so there was no charge for any of it. I'm impressed! Thank you for being a stand up company. Thank you for training your techs the right way. Rigo Perez is awesome!

I'm leaving this review so you know how irresponsible and dangerous one of your drivers was on august 6th, approx 2:30pm in Beverly Hills, FL. I understand being in a hurry but he proceeded to drive inches from my bumper then shot me the finger as I was turning into a parking lot apparently too slow for his liking. It's unbelievable that someone in a company van would think these types of actions are ok. I figured you'd like to know how your employees are driving.

I had a little trouble getting a callback, as it turns out. Due to Covid but they quickly were on the case with superb service. I have had an Aquacal heater for almost 20 years. I'm sorry to have doubted them for a second

Our community pool heater was not working. AquaCal came out, next day and fixed the problem. Juan Montoya was the tech. and he was professional and knowledgeable and also very personable. I would easily recommend them.

Our heater display switch was not working The unit is under warranty and 1 call to customer service and a tech( Jimmy N ) came within a week and repaired the heater the 1st time Great customer service

I bought a home with a 4 yr old AquaCal pool heater. The display panel was destroyed during a storm and never repaired. Doug M, my tech, came out immediately. I din't need to be home which was great for my job. He called me before and after service. He found out that it was still under warranty. Great job, great service.
