In spite of today's frustrating delays and sub's schedules our new Lakewood Ranch pool has meet all our expectations. A special shout out to field specialist Irving who was invaluable in addressing all the issues and tirelessly repairing any problems. His skill set is endless. I found the owner Steve responsive to our request.

Fountian pools Is the worst company I have ever worked with. Steve the owner must be the worst employer cause people turn over faster than you can move To another unresponsive Extension. Specifically Christian a "project manager In Tx that "works" on fort myers beach projects is unresponsive and rude. They don't respond to messages, don't answer calls and I would not have them build a 5 ft kiddy pool. If you are thinking of working with them please do your homework and hire a lawyer cause your going to need one.

Where do I start? New construction home. They used the wrong survey (not the final) of the property when designing the pool. During the design phase I asked several times if I could move the pool back farther from the house and they said no, you only have x amount of feet to play with. I found out well after the fact that they did indeed use an incorrect survey of the property.

If I had known, I would have designed the pool differently. The pipes from the pool equipment on the side of the house were leaking when I closed on the home which tells me they never tested the equipment. I purchased a fire pit with Fountain through a 3rd party which had a very high pitched noise when turned on. Fountain refused to repair for over 3 months!

When it was finally repaired it was a 5 minute job - this tells me they did not test the fire pit either. And they never supplied the lava rocks which came with the fire pit which was ordered early 2021. To this day, they have refused to supply the correct rocks. Their phone system is terrible! No one answers the phone and the voicemail box was full for a month so there was no way to talk to anyone.

The voicemail for the owner of the company, last name Durko, was also full. When you finally speak to him, he is combative, rude, blames the customer for their mistakes and offers zero apology. No one at this "company" follows through on anything. DO NOT USE FOUNTAIN POOLS!

Well I have to say we have had a much different experience with Fountain pools. They have been unprofessional and no where to be found. Seems like there is no one in the office and no one responses back via calls or emails. We are new home owners in Seasons at Bonita. We closed on our house Sept. 2021. Unfortunately, the builder, DR Horton, contracted Fountain Pools to install our pool and hot tub.

It has been nothing but one problem after another from the wrong equipment being installed to warranty issues with the new equipment. At this point we are unable to get in contact with anyone from Fountain pools. And DR Horton basically shakes their head about it and seems to be having there own issues with not having enough employees. The latest issue is that the salt system that was installed, is not working and we have scheduled appointments that either the tech shows up and says everything is fine or they just don't show up.

The salt system is not functioning and it looks like it needs to be replaced. We have not been able to get a response back from them for over 2 weeks now. This is one of the worst companies we have dealt with and I beg everyone thinking about getting a pool to stay far away.

I had my pool designed and built by Fountain Pools. It came out amazing and I highly recommend the company. I think lots of people have extremely unrealistic expectations these days and if they think close to a year for a pool being built is unusual, it isn't especially in these times of supply issues. When it comes to online reviews 5 star rating in some cases just isn't enough to set your business apart from the competition. Think for a moment of these unprecedented times of supply chain and labor shortages that were experienced by us all. Throughout these times, to our current days, Fountain Pools has stood tall and has done incredibly well in doing their best to deliver, given these issues.

This team is made up of all the people who do collective work, that are mutually committed to a common team purpose, and have challenging goals related to the purpose of customer satisfaction. The team is led very well. Leading by example is a leadership style where you model the behavior you want to see in your team members. When you lead by example, you don't just push team members towards excellence-rather, you actively demonstrate that excellence.

The leader here is Steve D. (a.k.a. the owner of Fountain Pools) In summary, Fountain Pools has a well earned 5 star rating therefore separating itself and apart from others.

Fountain pool has been an excellent - and reliable company to work with. First time pool owners. My family lives full time in NJ and winters in Naples - our biggest fear was that the pool company we previously hired (not fountain pool) would take advantage of us and not clean or keep the pool in shape. This happened - and it was extremely stressful. Then, a friend mentioned Fountain Pool - the company aggressively took to cleaning, correcting chemical levels, and established proper cycles of procedures to preserve our warranty - in short, acting in our best interest. Xavier, our pool technician, showed up to work with us at our first meeting, and patiently and thoroughly explained the functions of the pool and answered all of our questions - even the ones I asked repeatedly. (because pools are complicated!) Briefly, every time we are down here, the pool is spotless.

And - they're extremely responsive when there are any issues. For example, we had a small question regarding setting up the remote connection to the heater, and Xavier showed up in person to correct the issue. Overall, I've had an extremely positive experience with Fountain Pool - and my family and I were relieved and happy to know that our pool was in the trusted hands of Xavier and his team.

Special thanks to Scott, Lisette, and Xavier - you guys are the best! (Also, they actually send a photo each time they come and clean the pool - not all pool companies give you this courtesy- it's something I would look for in evaluating services) Thank you!

Fountain Pools is good at 2 things: Invoicing & cashing checks - that's it. They extensively overbook projects without any regard for how they are going to service their customers. They subcontract almost every facet of a pool project and then do a horrible job of managing the subcontractors. When you call them they don't answer the phone about 75% of the time.

When they do answer, they take a message and you never get a call back. They appear to have 1 person in each department. You get excuses from them like he's out sick for a few days, we are trying to contact him. People seem to get fired or quit on a weekly basis. They never staff up to handle the projects they book. After charging you $68,000, they act like you are annoying them if you dare to ask a question.

The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of zero. is that our salesperson, Geoff is a very decent guy and always tried his best to help. Unfortunately, he works for a company with little to no regard for their customers.

Don't waist your time with the company. They are only worried about getting your deposit they do not care about getting it done in a timely matter or keeping the job site clean and tidy

Fountain Pools did a superb job. What an awesome company! Everything from start to finish. Steve and his team are great to work with and always had time for any of my questions or concerns. Great customer service and organized, they really know what they are doing and talking about, work hard and are on time. Great company! We have enjoyed our pool as if we were on a permanent vacation. We could not be happier!

We don't believe there's another pool company that would be more caring, more considerate and more professional in the construction, design and care for your swimming pool. we absolutely love our pool and love the service that Fountain Pools has offered us. Lissette and the warranty department is an absolute gem and we feel fully taken care of about any needs that we have with regards to our pool. William their service guy that oversees the service we have monthly on our pool makes service seamless and we feel so fortunate to work with such a great guy?

This is going to be a rather lengthy review because there were a plethora of issues and challenges that myself and the personnel at Fountain pools had to work through. In the end, we were able to satisfactorily complete the installation of the pool and all associated equipment. It should also be noted that during the installation of the pool, there was a change in ownership of the company that, I'm sure, had some initial negative impact on the job.

It should also be noted that Mr. Steve Durko, the new owner of the company, was more than accommodating and has continued to go out of his way to ensure full customer satisfaction. Kali, who oversees post pool completion and warranty issues is an absolute joy to work with. We contracted Fountain to build our pool, with water features and a spa, install pavers, an outdoor kitchen, three additional Elite Roof Panels, and a screen around the pool and lanai.

May 22, 2019, first day of pool dig, the initial installation was a disaster. everything that could possibly go wrong, did go wrong. The lay-out measurements were missed by 2', the ceramic tile work was sub-par, the glass tile work was terrible, multiple delays in tile delivery, the plumbing leaked, a block wall that was installed was one course of block too short, paver delivery was delayed by weeks, paver installation was poorly executed, the elite roof panels leaked, the pool cage failed inspection, twice, had to drain the pool after it was released to us, to have a new pool finish installed, etc. etc. etc.

My fiance about lost her ever loving mind. The pool was turned over to us in late August 2019 for use. By late September of 2019, the pool finish had started spalling off. A lot. Due to the issues with the glass tiles and the finish, the pool was drained, and a new Pebble Tech pool finish was installed, along with all new glass tile around the pool perimeter and spa. Fountain covered the cost of the new pool finish, tiles and water delivery under warranty. So, by November 19, 2019, we had a fully functional pool. Again. Steve Durko and Kali have been with us every step of the way to correct all the issues that were identified above.

In early September 2020 we had the GFCI breaker for the pool pump replaced due to the continuous nuisance tripping of the breaker. The last of the one-year warranty issues were rectified on September 16, 2020, when the pavers, that were previously mentioned as cracked were replaced. From the time that Steve took over, I believe he has done a good job of making this customer happy.

Even though it was rough during the build, and there were some issues after the first "completion" Steve and Fountain has stood by their word and corrected all issues in a timely and professional manner. With Steve and his team, Fountain is a good company. So, the question everyone asks me is "would you recommend Fountain Pools to build me another pool"?

Short answer is yes. Where we to build another pool, I would be more active in ensuring issues were rectified before they became problems, as often as possible. I would also work to make sure that contract language is completely understood. At the end of the day, it is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure that he is getting value for his dollar.

The pool they built for us in 2020 is now leaking, which could cause damage to our home. They first told us the pool isn't leaking, having not bothered to come out to check it. They've told us they will come out January 12, 2021, three weeks after reporting the problem. They now won't answer their phones nor respond to our requests.

We will likely have to involve attorneys. Keep this in mind if you are considering doing business with this poorly run company. The build of the pool was supposed to take 3 months, but they took 6 months to complete it, and now it seems it was not done properly.

We had an exceptional experience with Fountain Pools. We worked with Stephen starting in the design phase and he helped us all the way through completion. The entire process was smooth and fast thanks to the whole team, but especially Lee Simmons, the superintendent, who took all the stress out of building our pool. Lee made sure everything was on schedule and according to plan.

The pool crew are true craftsmen and take pride in their work - couldn't have asked for a better final product. The kids have been in the pool every day since it was completed, and the wife likes to end her day with a soak in the spa. The pricing was very competitive, the work is outstanding, and wouldn't change a thing. We couldn't recommend Fountain Pools more highly!

Working with warranty departments is usually a major headache and just pain! But since Brenna has taken over the Fountain pool warranty department, the process has been extremely relaxing and easy. We needed some lights in our pool replaced as well as some pavers to be just slightly leveled a year after our pool was built and Brenna scheduled everything the same day with great organization. Cory came out to replace the lights we needed and he not only replaced the equipment, but answered every one of my questions.

Not to mention he was always on time! A huge part of the decision making process when selecting a pool company is not only the pool design and structure itself, but how the company takes care of you (and backs up the warranty) the years that follow. Fountain pools is an outstanding company to work with!
