In a nutshell, we signed a contract for services they are not providing. Our home cameras recorded their tech coming onto our property for 4 minutes, then leaving without providing service. When Howard's Pools was contacted, we were promptly dismissed by the office staff who answered our call. A tech who came out two weeks prior, did a great job giving us a full service the whole time saying our previous tech was screwing up our pool and had the salt levels, ph etc all wrong.
Our filters were a mess and the pool needed vacuuming. He further explained our previous tech would no longer be coming as he would not be working for the company. Now today, a different tech came for 4 minutes and did nothing.

Had the service for a few years, things were very good at first which is why i gave it 2 stars. After a while we started noticing a number of problems with the service such as getting charged for services that techs did not show up for and communication problems with office staff and techs. Trying to take care of issues we were treated as if we were not valued customers and eventually prices were raised; yet service continued to slide: telling one staff member by phone, was not getting to the persons reviewing cameras on days they were supposed to be there showed they'd stay for a few mins (park on driveway on phone for their gps). and charge us. We are disappointed.

We have been using Howard's Pool service for 5 years now and will not go anywhere else. If we have any issues someone comes out right away to take care of the problem. Kimmy is our pool tech and she is another big reason we wouldn't go anywhere else. She always looks out for us and makes sure our pool is perfect. She's professional and personable, always with a smile on her face and answers any questions or concerns we have.
Its nice to have someone to count on when we aren't there as well as when we are. So thank you Howard's Pools and all your staff for making it so easy to have a pool and enjoy it.
