Pool FX did a wonderful job of getting us up and running on time for the holiday. Great start to our summer fun!

Tom did a excellent job with our pool. I went in and ordered a pool for the family around Christmas time. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about his products. He called me early spring and gave me a date that he would install. He showed up on the date and time that he told me he would. The pool was installed fast and professional, no mess left behind.

Best part was how accurate his original estimate was, no surprise costs or extra things I had to buy at the end like I was sort of expecting. About a week or two later we had a leaky filter hose and it was fixed within an hour of me calling Tom about it. I highly recommend using these guys. Tom stands by his work.

I purchased a pool from Pool FX in January for installation in May. It was installed in June. I had a leak on one of the parts. I had to call several times and eventually go to store to get service. I then asked for a pool heater. They never responded. So I purchased one elsewhere (pool factory in New Jersey- that's another story) and it did not work so I called pool FX who is an authorized Hayward pool heater repair contractor and we called them over and over and went there twice and Tom the owner gave us four different days to service the heater. He never came. Never. After spending $10000 at a business one would expect at least a little customer service. Not here. Terrible. Stay away.

Met with Tom yesterday to mark out our pool. Communication and guidance was amazing during selection - he answered all our questions and helped us narrow down what we wanted perfectly to what fits into our budget, and continues to be amazing! Tom came in at 7:30 am on Monday with a 7 man crew and a skid steer. We signed a contract and purchased a 27 foot round above ground pool. By lunch the ground was excavated and the pool was completely built. By 5:00 pm the pool water deliveries were complete and done. Great guy and crew to do business with. They know their craft and get it done right the first time. Highly recommended

Tom and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. I have been using them to open and close my pool for 7 years now and have never had an issue. I have friends who have had pools installed by than and were thrilled with their work. I highly recommend this company. Service: Winterization

They came this morning and changed my pool liner and were very Polite and professional and my dog thought so too lol Would definitely recommend them and use there services again tom was very helpful on phone as well great job guy's can't wait to use my pool

Walked in to get information about purchasing a pool. got the cold shoulder. seemed irritated and said"i cant do this. look online" if you dont want to do business. dont keep your store open. wasted 30 mile drive to this place!

If I could give negative stars I would! Spoke with Darren initially who was cordial and appeared to be well informed. He gave me multiple price quotes for an 18X33 steel hybrid vs resin pool. Years ago we dealt with Orange County Pools who were fantastic in every way. However, their pricing was significantly higher. Pool FX pricing was great up against others so we decided to move forward.

That said, we secured lending based on the figures we were quoted. In the interim I spoke to Pool FX (both Darren and Tom) various times re: the process. I requested a written quote based on the figures and complete package details Darren quoted over the phone. At that time, Tom told me "the figures are in incorrect in the book" that the pricing Darren initially quoted and he himself confirmed over the phone may be different.

He proceeded to quote me $1500 higher! But, he did apologize lol! Get EVERYTHING in writing up front with this company if you decide to move forward with this dishonest, underhanded company. But, do yourself and huge favor and find an organization with integrity to deal with.

My pool equipment had been destroyed by a scam pool company. I called Tom today and by some luck his guys were in my neighborhood. They were polite and informative and explained everything they were doing and what I had to do to have a great pool. They were wonderful. Also they showed up about 20mins after I called. I will never use anyone else. Thanks Tom and crew.

Called a week ago to set up pool opening, explained that I was moving and wanted to have the pool ready for the kids. Spoke to Randy. Received 2 calls back; first, "sure we can do it, just let me know what day works" (I requested that Monday, was told not a problem) second call, "let me make sure we're available, I'll call you back". Waited, waited, waited, I CALLED back and asked if they could do Thursday, Randy: "we're busy doing installs, I told you I'd get back to you". 2 days later NO CALL BACK, NO CONSIDERATION FOR MY TIME, NO FOLLOW UP. Made me feel like my measly $300 plus (ridiculous price by the way for an above ground pool opening) wasn't enough money or work for them to be treated as a priority.

The first interaction was pleasant and I appreciated Randy initially getting back to me, but now, on top of moving, I have to open my pool in preparation for my kids this weekend which they obviously couldn't care less about. WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE. NOT EVEN FOR A BAG OF SHOCK.
