Stay away. They will upsell you, ignore your complaints and then quit on you by email! I was a customer for years, and gave them thousands of dollars in business over the years. When I complained about their horrific billing practices, their dumping chemicals at my house which were not ordered and then charging me for them.they quit on me! The owners Carlene and Guy Hummel hide behind their staff refusing to directly address customer issues.these people are the absolute worst and I suggest you stay away from them.unless like me you wish to get ripped off. Terrible company and terrible owners.

We purchased several things from the store for our pool. Two of the things we purchased weren't to our satisfaction, so we brought them back the next day. The girl approached us when we walked in and said, "what's up guys". Not even knowing why we were there.not a really good way to welcome your customer into the store. We proceeded to tell her the vacuum we purchased didn't work for our pool, she continued to argued with us.
After about 10 minutes she said she will give us store credit. We just wanted to exchange it for another one. We felt very unwanted and like we were inconveniencing the girls behind the counter. We will never go back.

I ordered my hot tub from Aqua Jet about 2.5 years ago. They've been lovely when I've had to buy chemicals and check my water, but based on their service calls I would not advise buying a spa from them. Service appointments are difficult to schedule and often not kept. My hot tub is currently overheating at a pretty dangerous 109/110 degrees and I called almost a week ago to report the problem (which is unfortunately not the first time).
Despite me following up multiple times, I still haven't had anyone call me to schedule a service appointment. It's quite frustrating and there aren't any other dealers close for my brand of hot tub, so I'm at their mercy. I suggest you don't put yourself in that position!

DISHONEST pool/spa installers! They tack on extra service charges never disclosed up front for hundreds of dollars and then add "late fees" if you don't pay or try challenge them on it. They said it was my responsability to have asked about the fees beforehand, even though they never disclosed them haha! BEWARE! There are much better options out there.

Absolutely the worst experience from start to end. Would not recommend this "business" to anyone! Not one person knows everything about the pools they sell had to deal with multiple people. Every time they said they would call when something was in or ready never happened. Always had to call them or stop in. Light kit that came with the pool was. garbage. Worked 3 times.
Winter cover I just got came with a rip in it and very poorly made. Will never by a thing from this place. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business! Should have waited for swim king!

Glad my review got deleted because it was a bad one, but you won't let me return a filter YOUR employee said would work for my pool. Which it did not. YPUR employee was rude when I was there and asked to return it. He words were "would you buy something used" unprofessional. Poor customer service. Now look, your 400$ Richer while I'm out of 400$ for something YOU said would work. I'll keep making reviews until I get it resolved.

I purchased a DE filter with the help of a women. She told me I. Would work for my pool (Coleman pool from Walmart) got the pool finally filled and the filter would not work with my pool, I went in to return it and the women was rude for absolutely no reason. She told me since it was "used nobody will buy it. "Would I like to buy something used" now I'm stuck with a 400$ filter that can not be used with my pool after I was told it would.

Terrific Business. We have been going here to get our spa supplies and have our water tested (water tested free) for at least a dozen years. Always met with a smile and a cheerful greeting, they certainly know what the are doing. They have never led us astray with bad advice or information. Plenty of parking and super easy to find. We had Aquajet install our inground pool. They did an excellent job, very professional and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Deb was awesome and very patient with us through the whole process. Guy, the owner supervised the install and was really mindful of keeping the site clean. We recommend then if you're thinking of making the investment.

We decided to get a heat pump for our in ground pool this year so we could start early and play longer! I have to say it was the best decision ever! The staff was so nice and accommodating! Purchased at a great price! Let me tell you that thing can crank out the heat if you need it to! Last year we were using another pool company and were spending $50-$100 weekly on chemicals! With aqua jet our pool has never been so clear! Thank you so much!

Needed a new above ground pool since our old one was destroyed by ice etc. We contacted AQUA JET pools and purchased a pool at a reasonable price, had it delivered and installed by Joe and his crew. All of which was done in a superior way. Not a trivial job that scared at first. I felt better as it progressed steadily with no problems. I can't say enough good about this place and the people involved. Very happy that we went there! Thanks
