Chris the manager is a complete hack. Had his people sell me equipment we didn't need, overcharged on chemicals and my pool was still neon green and actually needed to be dredged from years of being left open. The new filter that was "required" just got clogged within 2 days since we had 3 days of leaves still on the bottom. We called to ask how we fix this, which is what we called to fix in the first place. Chris told his people to ignore us, Nejames already sold the client 10K of eq we made our money, lets go open other pools. Real Classy. I then hired an actual pool company who wanted to do good work and build a long lasting relationship. Pool is great and we enjoy it every summer.

I realize I'm not an easy client to deal with. I have an expectation of perfection when I'm making a significant investment in a project. NeJame not only delivered a stunning gunite pool without any complications - they did so ahead of schedule throughout the worst of the pandemic in NY State. They handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism and over communicated with me and my wife at every step of the way. Workers always showed when they said they would, they all had the utmost of pride in their work and Steve O'Brian (project manager at NeJame) was on top of every detail.
He and Brittney (office manager) gave us awesome color, decking and tile choices to select. But, here is what really won me over. Steve learned how to adopt his style of communication to work with my neurotic and obsessive behavior. He did so with humor, accountability and trust. And, like most large scale projects, there are still a few kinks to work out, but NeJame stands behind their work 200% and will take care of any issues that need adjusting.
What's more, they thought ahead by ordering extra decking (which came from overseas) and tile to prepare for replacement needs in the future. We continue to use them for after care - but, they created such an efficient system with state of the art technology, we only need 2x/month maintenance. They also hooked us up with the Pentair Prowler (which i have found myself chatting with at times) and cleans the bottom of the pool weekly.
Our pool opened the week before Memorial Day weekend glistening in the sun creating the ultimate family experience. Thank you Steve and Britney. If we do a second pool, then you know who we will call! lol.

I will say I have used NeJame for three years plus now. They originally put the pool in years ago. Mike from NeJame is amazing, and this post should not reflect on how great he is. However this year they raised there closing cost to 600 plus without warning when I have only paid 330 in the the last years. Chris the service manager could care less about my concern of the closing cost going up especially after explaining that I provide the chemicals and clean the filter myself.
What a way to do business, especially since we have done a lot of work with the pool over the past three years and have been a great customer and always pay right away for work performed.

NeJame built our beautiful pool last year. They were very professional, very patient and very responsive to our questions and concerns and desires throughout the whole process. The whole team is great. We definitely recommend them. Now that the pool is in, we also have them maintain and service it. The service team displays all the same qualities as the contractor side of the business. It gives us peace of mind knowing they are taking care of our pool. If you want a beautiful pool, NeJame is the best.

NeJame Pools completed a large complex project for us last summer. They were fantastic to work with through out the entire design and build process and continue to shine when servicing our backyard oasis. Fantastic service! I called several places needing a last minute pool inspection the very next morning. Michael came through for us and squeezed us into his schedule. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained the ins and out of the mechanics of the pool. He has a keen eye and was able to spot items we should be aware. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

We have just contracted for twice weekly maintenance service of our pool. The initial visit was better than we hoped. The technician was very knowledgeable. He arrived when expected, and was professional and courteous. He was very well prepared with all the tools and supplies needed for cleaning, testing, and balancing the pool chemistry. We've only had the one visit, so far, but we were very impressed by NeJame's technician's punctuality, professionalism, and competence.
