EZ Aqua Pools is the "go to" place if you're seeking for professionalism and fast service. My husband and I entertained the idea of a DIY fiberglass pool project. After several calls in different places, I finally decided to call EZ Aqua and spoke to Ernie. Ernie has been so helpful with everything so far, starting from ordering the pool shell to explaining the installation process in detail. So grateful for your help and service so far.

I contacted EZ Aqua in August 2020 requesting a quote for a new pool liner. Dave responded in a matter of minutes - and was extremely helpful. He was not pushy. Over the winter I finally decided that I wanted to proceed with the new liner, and Dave was very helpful in walking me through the process. In April they came to take measurements and had my liner within a month (incredible timing - especially during a pandemic!) My new liner was installed today by Jim and Josh who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The whole experience was truly amazing - especially for first time pool owners. I will absolutely recommend EZ Aqua to anyone looking for help!

From start to finish, our pool project was extremely challenging, and EZ Aqua went above and beyond to conquer those challenges. We had ledge everywhere, rocks everywhere, and just an all around difficult landscape. All of the guys worked their tails off each and every day. I am a person that always finds something to complain about, but Dave and Jim made sure that didn't happen.

The result was better than I could have ever imagined. These guys came through with every promise, and that goes a long way with me. Last year we were just going to replace our pool liner but after talking with David and the crew of EZ Aqua Pool & Patio my husband and I wholeheartedly went forward with a total facelift of the deck as well. EZ Aqua Pool and Patio is the best! Our camp did extensive work on our pool last summer using EZ Aqua Pool and Patio. We replaced a massive liner and overhauled our heating system. We had a vinyl in-groung pool installed by Ernie and his Crew during the summer of 2011. His customer service was above and beyond anything you usually get. We always got a phone call telling us what was going on whether it was to reschedule a date, follow up on a comment or to stop by. There was no point during the build where we were not in contact and did not have a good idea of what was going on.

During the initial interview, he had great suggestions that made the outcome better and he wasn't pushing products we didn't need. They cost a little more than the the lowest guy that quoted us, but it was well worth it in the end. I would highly recommend talking with Ernie about your next pool.

We decided to replace our 40 year old liner pool with a fiberglass pool, we searched out different companies and decided we really liked the San Juan pools, we called for a quote and were sent brochures, we spoke with several “salesman “, but weren’t getting anywhere with a live person coming to our house and talk about the pool. We found a place in Torrington that advertised they did the pool and drove past the address and wrote that guy off as another “salesperson” not an installer.

We started calling pool places in our area, they came to the house and basically tried to talk us into what they did, which was almost always gunite pools, and we did not want to re-plaster a pool anymore than we wanted to replace a liner anymore, we wanted a no maintenance fiberglass pool. Period. So, we gave up, for a whole summer with no pool opened, and the following summer we got one of the nearby pool places, you know, the kind with a big store front, to quote us a price to install the San Juan pool we wanted but we were feeling very uneasy about the install as we got the feeling he didn’t really know what he was doing?!?!?

I asked my husband to just call the number in Torrington and talk with the guy, who knows, maybe we would have some better luck with them. Bingo!!! Best move we made!!!!

David came to the house, he was so knowledgeable and helpful, he knew everything there was to know about the installation since he had been doing them for years, he did everything he said he would, his employees were all great people, the pool went in like clockwork, and it came out beautiful.

We could not be happier! He also hooked us up with a company to do the patio around the pool, Mancini Pool and Decks, who also did a beautiful job and the whole thing looks awesome! We couldn’t be happier about any of the project from start to finish. I do need to add that we have not ever used the pool, the install was done just before winter, the deck was poured between snow storms and we haven’t had the winter cover installed yet, guess at this point we will go without that for the remainder of winter, but I have no doubt that when we do finally get to use it that it will be just wonderful!!

So, long and short of this whole thing, don’t let big storefronts fool you, sometimes the brightest and most knowledgeable know better than to waste their time and money looking professional because they truly are professional and don’t need to just “look” the part.

The Team from EZ Aqua Pool & Patio LLC are amazing! We had a liner put in by them and they did a wonderful job, on time and we couldn't have been happier with the results. I have also used Ernie and the boys to close the pool. They endured a late closing so that we could have a few extra weeks with our beautiful new pool and liner. If you have an opportunity to use them, do and share their good name.
