I bought an above ground Oval 21x41 Doughboy from Royal Pool & Spas about 25 years ago. To date, I had never had a problem with the pool or any of it's parts. Unfortunately, this past winter took a toll on my liner and ice ripped it beyond repair. I recently bought a new liner from Royal and I only hope I could get another 25 years, (if I'm lucky to be around) from it. Royal, your product was a great buy and my family and I couldn't be more elated and looking forward to more Summers of fun.

My Husband and I are looking to maybe purchase a hot tub. We spoke to Erika Murphy. She was helpful and explained in detail about the hot tubs, the different types and sizes to choose from. She had really good suggestions. We will definitely come back when we are ready to buy. Erika your a really nice person! Thank you!

Bought my pool from Royal 13 years ago and that was an incredibly fun experience! The should me everything I needed to know about taking care of my pool. Fast forward some years and I had them come in to open an close and they were always Johnny on the spot. I've dealt with Kevin Cook an his customer service has been impeccable! True gentleman and always made scheduling and services a pleasure! I now sold my home an I'm handing RP over to the new owners. Ty RP and Kevin for all the years of great service!

Very helpful. I needed to buy a new filter. I went to four different places (Rockland and Orange) to get help and answers to questions. I received no help from some, and confused looks from others. It must haven taken between 6-8 visits to different places. I got nowhere. I finally found Royal and my questions were all answered and filter purchased within 15 minutes. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you Kevin and Royal. Had a problem with a cover I'd bought for my doughboy from another company. Problem was, not enough overlap, kept blowing off. Kevin to the rescue. At first, Royal had no cover. Kevin and co. kept searching and yes, found the last one buried in one of the stores/warehouse. It was put on the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied with Royal Pools & Spas! When I was in the market to purchase a spa I did an extensive amount of research for spa dealers in my area. Royal Pools & Spas was highly recommended by virtually everyone I spoke too that owned a spa. If you are in the market to purchase a spa you need to keep in mind that spa ownership goes far beyond the initial purchase and setup, and you need to have a relationship with a reputable spa dealer for any future spa maintenance and/or service related needs you might have. Gary Veign in sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful assisting us with selecting the spa that best suited our needs.

Once I placed my order with Gary for my new spa everything from that point forward was seamless and the process was as smooth as silk. Once my spa was delivered and set in place, Royal Pools & Spas service team was out the following day finalizing my setup and I was up and running and enjoying my spa that very evening! I recently had a minor issue with a control knob for one of my spa jets and I e-mailed Kevin Cook, Royal Pools & Spas Service Manager and he had his service team on site inspecting and repairing the issue in less than 24 hours.

Certainly can't beat that for service! Royal Pools & Spas is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family! If you are in the market for a spa it is without hesitation that I highly recommend Royal Pools & Spas.

They not only installed our pool and spa but for the past 2 years are responsible for safe crystal clear water. The friendly and knowledgeable staff will test your water free of charge.

They have seminars on pool closing and opening as well as pool and spa maintenance. We have our pool opened and closed every season by them as well as have our pump winter stored to ensure you get maximum life out of the pump. Stop by for a customer appreciation day to get a feel of what it's like being part of the Royal Pool & Spas family.
