Tom and Tyler were very helpful in the showroom. Tyler was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly and easy going. The delivery service was very quick. Rich and the installation crew were efficient and respectful. Rich stayed after to go over filling instructions and gave me tips and on chemicals. He answered all my questions. This is an honorable business. Alpine Pools is a full service, local company. I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable and very helpful for the sale. However, when it came time for installation, Vinnie, the installer, showed up alone. I was told 3 men would have my pool up in 4 hours. Vinnie informed me if I wanted my pool, I had to help. We worked 12 hours and he had to come back the next day to finish. When I complained and asked for a price reduction, he blew me off and left. When I complained to Alpine, they didn't want to hear it. The pool is great. The service was horrible.

Considering the issues that many suppliers are having for just about everything, Alpine Pools has hit the mark with our in ground pool installation. Tom and Jasen were wonderful to work with. Jasen provided updates to every step of the process and I appreciate the challenges they had with COVID and getting everything organized during these trying times. Alpine provides stellar partners for all of the ancillary services needed to get a successful project done. Excavating, stamped concrete, electrician, plumbing, fencing, etc. They take the lead in working with your local building department to ensure that you have the right forms and I can say this was a positive experience.

Absolutely hands down the best service in every way! Alpine was our pool builder and we use them for all of our service needs. Highly recommend! My last experience was 6 stars. I called on a Thursday and the team showed up Friday morning and got our pump working again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband and I purchased a pool from Alpine in Allison Park when we heard that the community pools in Pittsburgh would be closed due to the pandemic. Our experience has been 100% positive from beginning to end. Our sales rep Tyler helped us through the entire process, from purchasing to permitting to installation and answering maintenance questions.
He was knowledgeable, organized and responsive (in person, on the phone and via email). Alpine consistently responded to our (many) questions on the same day or within 24 hours. When we purchased the pool, Alpine set a date for expected delivery and met it as promised. The ground leveling service and installers were also collaborative and courteous. We haven't had to worry about anything while working with Alpine Allison Park on becoming new pool owners. Highly recommended!

Our pool cover fell in, during the "off season".it looked like a lake in April. I didn't think there was any chance of us opening up the pool in June, let alone mid May. The staff at Alpine Pools, in Bethel Park, recommended the exact chemicals needed, recommended the correct time to let the chemicals work and most importantly, recommended when it would be safe to use. ALL of the "in store" staff has been understanding, helpful and informative.
One employee that went "above and beyond" was Kloe. She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Now, the kids are swimming, pool is ready for the Memorial Day weekend and all is good with the pool. Thank you again, Dan and family, staff and Kloe

Re: Above ground pool Thanks to Tyler and crew at Allison Park Alpine for restoring my faith! I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience w/ a neighboring franchise (off rt 19) and was ready to throw in the towel! I wrote a letter explaining how I was poorly treated and Tyler came to the rescue. I live in Beaver County and Tyler was more than happy to help me out! Matt the installer (and crew) did an awesome job with the install. Tyler has been there every step of the way w/ all of my new pool owner questions. Don't miss out on pool school! They made closing my pool a breeze! They definitely have a customer for life! Thanks again to everyone involved! Livin' the Dream!

We just finished our swimming pool install with alpine pools about a month ago and we would recommend them again and again! Not only are they extremely professional, but their estimates on price, timing, and install were extremely accurate and honest. We worked closely with Bret, Dan, and Stacy, and cannot thank them enough for the job well done.we love it!

I've been using Alpine Pools for 16 years (since I first bought my house in the South Hills). Great service and great prices. Family-owned, so it doesn't have that 'big-box-store' feel. They've replaced my heater, filter motor, and pool liner in that time, and all were awesome jobs! Highly recommend.

We met with Alpine and several other pool builders over the course of the past five or six years. We had always wanted a pool, and became serious about building one in the Fall of 2018. After discussing our options, we decided to go with Alpine and met with the store manager, Matt Zanin. Matt was extremely helpful and he never put any pressure on us or try to sell us add-ons that we didn't need.
His recommendations were very helpful and we felt Alpine was our best choice given they've built hundreds of pools over the years and they really know what they're doing. We made a deposit in December of 2018 with the goal of breaking ground in the Spring and having the pool ready before Memorial Day. While the weather was terrible this Spring (one of the rainiest on record in Pittsburgh), Alpine met our deadline and we were swimming the weekend before Memorial Day after breaking ground in mid-April.
I highly recommend Matt and everyone else at Alpine Pools in Allison Park. It's the best decision we've ever made, and our summer weeknights and weekends are full of relaxation and spending more time with our friends and family.

Nothing these people install will last. I hired them to replace my liner and they installed the cheapest liner I've ever seen. It had more wrinkles than an old persons behind. Installers said not wrinkles just dirt. Clean it and it'll be fine. IT Wasn't. They installed a pool heater that lasted 2 years and started leaking. They blamed it on my water being imbalanced even though I take it for testing every 2 weeks.
I was a repeat customer. Bought a pump also. They charge you 135.00 even if its a 5 minute look at your pool. Got an estimate for new combo pool ( mine was 18 years old) They wanted 15,000 for just the pool. No install, no fence, no pump, no ladder. Got the same grade pool(probably better) from pool city for 13,000 included the excavation, deck, fencing, ladder, pump and install. Asked Alpine could they give me a break on the service call since the heater was not old and I've used them often.
They said no. 135.00 just to come look at it. I'll not be using them again. Will stick with pool city because they seem to care more about keeping their customers. Now to prove how little they care. The manager answers my review obviously without reading it thoroughly. Said could go to manufacturer about liner. Hey Stacy, I stated that I just got a new pool from pool city. Heater didn't get used at all in 2017 because I needed new pool by then.
My husband didn't let me know it was dripping when he closed pool in 2016. By the way I paid you 135.00 in early 2017 to look for 5 min and say pool couldn't be repaired. But its fine. I don't need to call you to get the run around. I'll use other pool places from now on.

We had our pool installed last summer and the people at Alpine were great to deal with! We never had a pool before, and weren't sure what questions to ask or what size or type of pool we even wanted. Brett provided recommendations, and guided us through each step of the process. Their workers were friendly, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Great company, great people and I highly recommend having them install your pool!

I want to write a review about a experience I just had with Greg from Alpine pools. He was closing my pool for the season. He was great. He answered every question I asked and offered great advice on a leak and bad pump that I have. I'm used to young kids who have a bad attitude and seem to know less than me. It was very refreshing to speak with someone with the knowledge and know how to get the job done. My hat off to Alpine pools. Thank you.
