The Aqua Doctor

We recently contracted with Aqua Doctor to build our pool. I did a lot of research and met with a few different pool companies before committing to them. After a lot of conversations and meetings with various companies, I felt we would be in the best hands with Aqua Doctor and I couldn't have been more right. Isaac, the owner, was extremely upfront about every facet of the project, from what to expect as far as timeline to taking the time to walk us through any questions we had.

He also had the foresight to manage his inventory in a way that did not result in any major delays, unlike many other pool builders/contractors. The Aqua Doctor crew was also extremely hard working, showing up every single day and making sure every detail looked perfect. Andrejs, who handles the landscape division, was also very easy to work with, as he completely managed our expectations and was always around if we had questions.

When people hear that we were able to build a pool during Covid, they are extremely surprised that we were able to get it done without any major delays. This is truly a testament to the excellent business that Isaac has built and his dedicated crew. I wholeheartedly recommend Aqua Doctor to build your pool!

BEST POOL SERVICE, EVER! We went through years of trying to get a company to service our pool without it taking weeks to clear up after opening. Finally, a friend recommended Aqua Dr. and we've been VERY happy ever since. They're responsible, reliable and we get an update of the services performed, chemicals used and when it's safe to swim texted to us every week when they're done. If you want to enjoy your pool from May through the end of September, this is the company to use.

They were extremely helpful with design guidance and their work was extremely professional and precise with the digging, the electrical & plumbing setup, the choices of high-grade machines and with all the final touches. I've used them for ongoing service for over two years and they've been very consistent, responsive and helpful throughout.

I've known Isaac for a number of years and just recently had his Team do a remodel of our pool. The crew did a really amazing job. They worked diligently every day, were on time, finished exactly on schedule. Great communication throughout the entire process. They actually made some suggestions and pointed out a few things I had not considered. Their recommendations were right on, and the pool turned out better than we were expecting.

The tile work is perfect and neat, the finish exactly as described. Looks better now that when it was new. Super high quality work, great to deal with, and really know their stuff.

I used this compay for several years to ien and close my pool. With pirchasog a new cover and new pump, updragimg to electronic syste, I spent over $10,000, with them in 3 years. Well, this year they opened my pool and it was a mess. The pool tech installed my chlirinator on backward so the pool didnt receive any chlorine for weeks. The initial shock clears the pool but it then started to get murky again.

I didnt know the chlorinated was on backward but did they do anything about it other then to tell me to shock the pool? I did and it got better for a day or so and then the same thing all over again. Did they bother to come out to my pool again? No as I was not a weekly service client. I finally diagnosed the chlorinated on backward and added more shock but still not clear water.

I called again and they told me to add more shock and thsi went on for several weeks. After combining enough they finally sent a tech to the pool to tell me the coordinator was on right. DUH! And to add mor chlorine. Overall I dumped almost 50 lbs of shock and chlorine into the poo, costing almost $200 to fix their mistake My reward? They now tell me I'm not a good fit for them to do my pool closings THERE MUST BE MORE FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE POOL COMPANIES

Aqua doc built us a fabulous pool woth elevated spa. its 10 years and its held up great! truly great quality.my last pool was built by SXXXYN ( im xing out the name) and it crumbled after a year! Go with this company they make quality pools.

Stay away from this company! They no longer service our pools! Left us nothing but a headache over 15k in damages that we have to repair! Very unprofessional!

Very disappointed - we had our pool renovated ~ two years ago - part of the contract was for an auto-fill system so I could put the hose away - was never installed - I emailed and left phone messages but got no response - I know it was a harsh winter, but this spring we had a tremendous amount of tiles pop off - I just had another company replace them all - not psyched about it - would pass
