Sun Splash Pools

I have made several visits to the store to speak to employees personally as they are hard to reach by phone or voicemail whenever I call. I have been waiting 5 months for a new spa cover, was told that the supplier in Mexico lost my order and now I have to wait until June for my cover. I'm unable to use my spa because the cover is too saturated to lift! Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOL COMPANY They have the worst customer service that you possibly ask for 1. To start off they are the most disorganized Company with their billing system. 2. They will not answer the phone. 413-583-777 try and call yourself and you will see. 3. They will tell you to email them but they don't respond back to you. 4. The only way you can speak to them is walk into the store, which I had to do twice and both times all I did was get lied to.

They tell me that they can't get steady help. I have seen firsthand how they treat their employee's which is actually worse than the way they treat the customer. The only positive thing I can say about this Company is that the owner (Bill) does care about the build of the pool. He did build a nice pool for me and others that I have seen but the customer service after the installation has been very disappointing. I write this review today in hopes that anyone thinking about using this Company to do some research and choose someone more reputable. You will thank me when you do.

Nice spot on way to 395 for a pit stop. It is an old Cumberland farms converted into their own. Fuel prices not too bad for Connecticut. Across the street there is another store also beer and wine available. Dunkin and the dollar store. Both up around the corner heading towards 395.

My pump stopped working, I called Nancy they were completely booked but said they would work me in. Bill showed up at 9pm, what an amazing sign of dedication to his customers! He fixed the pump in about 30 minutes and stopped my pool from turning green.

Three times I've been here. 1st time). It was winter and we wanted a pool installation. The owner was informative and helpful. We did not get our pool through them for other reasons. 2nd time). Closed even though door says they were open. 3rd time). The guy was rude and condescending. I went there to get my water tested, which I have never done because the hubby usually does this, but when this guy realized that he made me feel like I was bothering him. Like he had better things to do. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I will never go back.

We had a leak in our 24 ft. round in the ground pool, Sun Splash Pool gave us a very reasonable estimate and sent two excellent workers to find the leak and repair it. They both were very knowledgeable and polite and found the leak and repaired the leak. A job well done we diffidently recommend Sun Splash Pools Bill and Sandy Foley

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from the folks at Sun Splash. They recently installed a new pump and troubled shot an ongoing issue I had with my pool. Their attention to detail led to the best pool season I have had in the past four years. My pool never looked so clear! The Sun Splash Field Tech even took the time to handle an issue when I was out of state on military orders. I would recommend Sun Splash to anyone looking for either regular service or new install. Thanks again!

Sun Splash delivered exactly what they promised on time and at a reasonable price. Bill and Nancy worked with us to bring out custom design to life, better than we had even imagined it. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I, who am quite particular, recommend them very highly.

As you know, I was extremely uncertain that another pool and spa company could service my Anthony Pool and Spa. So much so that for many years I put up with shoddy service and repair maintenace, but did not believe that another company would understand the intricacies of my pool system.

After greeting Dominick and his assistant at the pool, Dominick remarked that he fully understood the system and began the closing of the pool. Because I have little understanding of the working mechanics of the system, my eldest son, Christopher Williams was on site. Upon completion, Christopher assured me that Dominick knew what he was doing and that we were in good hands with Dominick and Sun Splash Pools and Spas.

Sun Splash Pools came out in mid winter when my lining was leaking and patched it up. They came and installed a new liner at the height of pool installation season. They were always here when they said they would be. Nancy was always available and always assured me that they would provide good service and they did. The men that were here were courteous and helpful with answering questions. After having horrible service from Poolman Pools of Agawam and Drewnowski Pools of Agawam, I cannot say enough about this pool company.

My experience with Sun Splash was completely unsatisfactory. We asked for an estimate of cost for finishing up the prep work and replacing liner for our inground pool. The written estimate given was $4,200. We called and accepted the offer. Bill arrived and told us he "added wrong" and the true estimate is $5,200. We did not have Sun Splash do the work.

That was 3 years ago. This past year, after the tornado, we needed some glass removal and cleaning done. Bill came out at my request and said he would prepare an estimate for me, which he never did. I politely called several times, but he just kept stringing me along wasting my time. In my opinion, he is really vindictive and super rude.
