When shopping for a hot tub there are many options in the area especially if your headed to the Big E for the best deals of the year. The best price isn't always the best deal in retail so you shouldn't shop on price, you should shop with a good company that will give you the support before, during and especially after the sale. I'm thrilled with the service from Jelly Belly! Beginning with my initial phone conversation with Brianna who did an excellent job guided us through the sales process, to the follow up service with Mike (needed our A7L Bulfrog Spa "burped") the team effort was superb. It's our first hot tub purchase and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

Awful! When I bought the pool they set it up but never put the chemicals (frog) in it. I kept calling and asking why is my pool green. They said to keep backwashing it. When I finally figured it out and called them they said "oh". They said they were going to give me free Frog Chlorine chemicals. Yeah, still waiting. Been waiting for my solar cover for a year now.

About 2 years ago I was in the market for hot tub. Guy was so rude I just walked out and ended up buying a hot tub from another place. So last year I figure I will try them again since it is in town, I went to buy salt for my pool to start up, guy was yelling at me for coming in so early in a season "we don't have any salt yet but we will have it in x days" would have been better choice. I will never go back to this store again I will drive 20min somewhere else and not give them any of my money.

We put our pool in last year during covid 19 when things were hard to get Jelly Belly Pools was great with all issues due to Covid19. Hats off to the staff at Jelly Belly Pools. Gary, Jade and George are the best to work with. This year we are waiting for a ladder to come in and they went out of their way and gave us a ladder to use. We had an issue with the ladder on Sunday by Monday I had a new ladder to use. I have found the company great to work with.

Atrocious customer service. After paying them for a swim spa, I wanted the wifi module that should have been offered in the first place. Brianna (extremely rude person) charged me $150.00 more than any other spa store charges(all others charge $240.00 at the most) and said that she did research and that's their price. Not only is that incorrect, the module didn't come with the install instructions or the cable that it should have. I had to do my own research to figure out how to install it. I would never use them again. Be very careful about doing business with them.
