Helpful, knowledgeable and made room in the schedule to help with my pool. Ask for "the legend". He and his associate Steve are the best and can probably fix any issues you might have ( pool related). They will continue to be my go to pool peeps.

This company has been my go to since I moved over to this area a year ago. Since the beginning I have been very pleased with the services they provide. That being said last week there was a misunderstanding and I was left feeling like I was not a valued customer and that was far from the truth. The General Manager and 2 technicians came to my home and treated my husband and myself as their number one customer.

The misunderstanding was cleared up, my pool is up and running and looking beautiful. These gentlemen go above and beyond to make sure their customers get quality service and are so professional. I will continue my relationship with them and highly recommend them. Great crew, great general manager and just great work!

We had the absolute pleasure of doing business today with Bob Schwein and his staff today over at Drewnoski pools in agawam. I called for a very simple part, but vital to opening my pool. Not only did he treat me with courtesy, but he went above an beyond to take care of us. I came in with a other piece from our pump, looking for advice and the off chance they had it in stock.

Which they did not, however one of the employees said let me check downstairs. Ten minutes later he came back up and said you are in luck, all I have to do is take apart another pump and you will be good to go. When we came back later to pick up the part. Everything was there as promised, and to top it off another employee heard that my son loves pokemon, and went and drew him a picture to take home. I know this review is long, but my appreciated for the level of service they provided for an $80 sale was above and beyond.

We spent $400 for them to open our pool. The pool looks the same as it did before they came. When I called to talk to them about it and let them know it still looks like pond water they told me we needed to keep the filter running for 48 hours then get the water checked. They talked to me like this is common knowledge. We have never owned a pool before which is obviously the reason why we are paying someone to do this in the first place.

They spent less than an hour here and charged 400 dollars. The least they could do is communicate with us. We used them a few times over the past year and every time has been poor communication and felt left in the dark, which is inappropriate with the amount of money that we pay for services.

I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Julie at Drewnowski's has been too remarkable not to share! Owning a pool can be a stressful experience at times, Julie has been the most patient, respectful, thorough and informative expert I have worked with to date. I have owned my pool for 20+ years and have worked with a variety of contactors, cleaning services, etc.hands down Julie has been the absolute best to work with. I would recommend her 10/10! Don't waste your time with anyone else!

Drewnoski Pools and Spa provides family owned service. They are professional, responsive and excellent at their job.
