We recently had a terrible experience with a company that we hired to install our pool. Indian head pool water made multiple trips to our home due to mistakes made by the installers. They were extremely understanding about everything. The owner made a trip to our home on his own time to help us and then again a few days later to make sure it was good for the final water delivery. They were nothing but friendly and helpful during our pool experience!

John was amazing and very informative on the pool water he delivered, got my pool installed this morning and when I called to make an appointment Callie, was very quick with the appointment process and she even sent me over a text to inform me that the truck was arriving. if you need pool water and want it delivered professionally Indian Head is the company to go to and it's affordable compared to leaving your water hose running for days. Water that was delivered was full of metals, costing a TON of money to get rid if it, delaying use of our pool by weeks. The pool store we went to advised us they always have problems with people who use Indian Haed for water supply, stating he pulls from a well. He was very responsive with emails and customer service was excellent, until there was a problem.

Had a new liner in our pool installed last week. The company who installed the liner set it up with Indian Head to fill the pool. Almost as soon as the liner installation was completed I could hear the tanker coming down our street. It took 2 fills. Very professional, excellent service. Can't thank them enough. :
