All Seasons is the textbook case on unsponsive and dismissive customer service. All Season is descriptive of what I lost in the use of my pool while I waited, and am still waiting for All Seasons to do the work on my pool that was scheduled in May, or even just respond. All Seasons has not even given me the courtesy of responding to calls and emails to say that they weren't coming.
It is like they died. And as a long time customer giving many opportunities, I now consider them as dead. I was deceived and lost the entire season use of my pool. If I knew how rotten they would be, I would have gone elsewhere for my requested service. Which I will do now, and never do business with All Seasons again.

I have used this company for opening and closing for 4 years now. This year the pool was opened and the cleaning job was not even half done, the pool filter housing leaked and my pool was left with tons of algae stained on the floor and steps (Never had algae problems before). Follow up customer service was flippant and not helpful and now I may have to drain and clean my pool. Not happy is putting it lightly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION I just purchased a home with a pool and used All Seasons per the previous owner. Here's been my experience to date: 1. Opened pool May 1st, asked the customer service guy to have the pool openers show me the ropes as I had no knowledge about pool operations. They opened and left without telling me anything. I call to ask if they can come back and was told they would but nobody ever did. $400 2.
They come back a week later to check the chemical levels. They incorrectly install my Polaris pool cleaner and again leave without showing me what they did as I requested. I call back and ask them to return, was told they would, nobody ever shows up. At this point I call the previous owner of my home to show me around the pool. He opens the pool filter bubble only to find out THEY OPENED MY POOL AND HAD IT RUNNING WITHOUT THE FILTER CARTRIDGES.
I call to complain and am told I would be contacted by the manager, never receive a call. $200 3. Polaris pool cleaner is not working properly, likely due to improper installation or all the debris in the pool as a result of running it for 2 weeks without a filter. I go to the store, they are busy and clearly dont want to be burdened with a repair.
They tell me it's the reverse thrust valve and sell me a new one for $112. I install it and the problem isnt fixed. I am now out $700+ and they have done nothing to make it right. They dont care, they dont return calls, they are not worth dealing with anymore. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company.

The one star rating is mainly for the unprofessional manner in which "Julie" conducted herself when I called for assistance. I am a new customer and when I called to inquire about the technicians missing my weekly schedule date, she was more than rude. She continued to cut me off while I was explaining my situation and never admitted to the oversight on the company's part on their scheduling mistake.
When I requested an email asking for my proof my contract was ended, she sent a one line email stating that "no charges for this week ". When I asked for the email to include that my entire contract would be cancelled and that my card would not be charged she barked that my card info was deleted and hung up. This small matter escalated to them losing my business and any referrals due to her disrespectful and dismissive attitude. Customer service goes a long way

We purchased new pool pump with installation in August 2019. It was installed improperly 3 times so far. When installing there has to be time overnight for glue to dry on piping. Company didn't come back or call next day to verify install worked without leaks. It did leak after first time and when they cut out old piping to get new pump in they also removed a drain spigot used to drain the pool when it rains too much.
They eventually came back to fix leak and install spigot with no apology. I then discovered that they had not anchored the pool pump to the base floor all pool equipment is anchored to. Instead they had shoved 3 loose pieces of wood under the pump. The problem was the previous pump was taller and they didn't bother to cut the 2 inlet water pipes to the right height for the new pump or use a pump mount.
The wood would have vibrated loose and rotted long before pump lifetime was up. So I insisted they replace wood with appropriate pump mount and actually anchor it to equipment floor or otherwise correctly install at right height. Instead they came back with paving bricks that they shoved under the pump. Only one brick was actually under pump but they added 2 more for no apparent reason.
The bricks were taller than the wood so now the pump was far out of level and likely won't operate correctly. They also jammed the bricks under the pump and thus likely stressing all of the existing pipes and seals which may now prematurely break or leak. They also failed to actually anchor the pump again. At this point I filed complaint with credit card company and Maryland Division of Consumer Protection.

When I bought my home in 2014, I used them to open and close the pool with no issue. Everything changed though when I decided to install a pool heater this year. The installation went fine but when I tried to get the heater hooked up, I was told by BGE that I needed to have a county inspection before they would hook up the gas. Not a problem. I called the county to schedule an inspection and since All Seasons ran electrical during the installation, the county told me I needed to pull a permit before they would come out for an inspection.
I called All Seasons about pulling a permit and they told me they've never had to pull one before. I tell them the county won't let BGE hook anything up until a permit is pulled and they say they're going to talk to the county and look into things. They never called back. I called several times over the next 2 weeks trying to get answers. I left messages both through the person answering the phone and through their voice mail and no one ever returned my calls.
The heater was installed on June 14 and on July 3 I finally talk to Julie, who tells me that they aren't responsible for pulling permits and that it's in my service agreement that the homeowner is responsible for anything electrical so now I need to find an electrician to pull the permit so the county can inspect the work. I was upset and frustrated that no one told me this weeks ago and they didn't care.
My pool heater has been a glorified paper weight and with the length of time it will take to get the county inspection and to get on BGE's schedule, I likely won't even be able to use the heater until 2019. I will no longer be using them for any services regarding my pool. They got my money and as far as they're concerned, everything else is my problem.

Terrible treatment of customers and no responses. Called to get an estimate to have sand behind liner toweled. After waiting for 2 weeks for technician to come and give estimate I called only to find out they came to my home unannounced already, but never inform me that they had. OK, no major problem. Asked what the estimate cost was and was told he would have the owner call me back.
Another week and no responses. Called again, and again was told the owner would call me. After 3 days and no response I called again. I was told "he" was working on the estimate and I would call me that day. Next day after not receiving a phone call I called again. This time the owner's wife talked with me and "blew me off" making false statement that the liner would need to be replaced, and the j channel/coping around pool costing between $12,000 and $15,000.
It was clear she was irritated at all my calls, had not prepare an estimate and made it clear to "just go away". I had the liner pull down, sand troweled and put back up with no problem from another company!

I am a loyal customer of your business since I have owned my pool. Recently I scheduled a pool closing for October 12, with the caveat if a cancellation was to come up that I would be contacted. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted Monday September 24, by phone, in regards to a possible cancellation for today, September 28, 2018. In preparation for today, I took off work, established a week long prep to get my pool chemicals in line for your closing and removed my cover, pillows and equipment from storage necessary for your technicians to come out and close the pool. Today, I contacted the business to confirm the technicians to come out and was surprised, no highly irritated to hear sorry but now we can't. Was told the previous customer who cancelled has now called back and wanted their slot back.
I received no calls, no emails nothing from your business telling me otherwise. Is this how you treat your loyal customers. They did tell me an email was sent but never made it out of your outbox to get to me, again unacceptable on multiple levels. Why no phone call? You demonstrated the ability to call when the change originally came up. I have spent thousands of dollars in opening and closing from the company and have always enjoyed the professionalism, and support your technicians provide when here.
This is unacceptable customer service on many levels. When I asked about tomorrow, it was not available, due to unavailability of the technicians. Earliest they could get out was possibly next Saturday, but no guarantee, again, unacceptable. Is this how you treat loyal customers? There are a list of pool companies that do the same type of work and some for cheaper but I chose your company from a referral from another person.
I am sure you aware of this, and I don't need to tell you how much the word of mouth can affect your business. I would of expected a greater level of customer service. Although I was offered a discount, it does not take away the fact that I took off work to be here, established protocols throughout the week to prep and took the time to confirm the appointment. I am highly disappointed in the service level and hope this can be resolved.

This was our first season using All Seasons Pool & Spa for serving our pool and we were thoroughly satisified with the level of service and the cost for the weekly service plan throughout the summer. We saved hundreds of dollars over our previous provider. We really liked the fact that they had a store front that we could drive to and talk with someone if we had any issues (which we did not).
They provided excellent customer service with a personal feel which we really appreciated. Their techs would leave personalized written reports on the condition of our pool and exactly what service they provided so we knew if the kids could go swimming right away or if they needed to wait (in the case of shocking). We would definitely recommend All Seasons Pool and Spa and will definitely be using them next season.
