Since 1973 RBM Pool Services opened its doors with a business plan to build and service pools/spas for everyone! RBM Pool Services/Romitch Construction is now one of the tri-state areas most distinguished residential and commercial swimming pool builder of inground pools. We've won numerous design awards from the National Spa and Pool Institute and have been published in NJ Monthly magazine.
RBM Pool Services designs and builds custom gunite pools. Our first meeting is a chance to exchange ideas and find out what the homeowner wants and doesn't want in their new swimming pool. Each pool project is custom built with top of the line products and materials and built specific to our client's needs.
RBM Pool Services will take care of your swimming pool and spa openings, closing and cleaning services. Weekly Service - Your pool becomes ours. Pool skimmed, vac, equipment checked, backwash, if necessary, water taken back for computer weekly readings, chemicals added to pool. Pump Out - Done when the surface appears "dirty" or "stained".

RBM pools is absolutely the best in the area. My wife and I did a lot of research when we interviewed pool contractors and the team at RBM was both the most knowledgeable and the most professional. After selecting RBM and signing a contract to build our pool, the service level and professionalism never diminished. The team stayed in constant contact with us during the process and more importantly kept to the timeline. If I were to ever need another pool in the future, I would definitely select RBM pools again.

Nice people, but ridiculously expensive. I needed a part in a hurry( was having a party) and had wanted the pool water warmer. I needed a Rheem roll out switch, which I could have bought on line for 75% less. They gouged me pretty hard.

Updated response to the ridiculous excuse from the company. My statements ARE Valid. First, no where did you tell us our install was done "incorrectly". That would mean you actually returned any of our numerous calls. Nor did you ever tell us to call the manufacturer. But to give you the benefit of the doubt I recently called and followed up with the manufacturer.

I spoke with supervisor whom we were working with and inquired about your statements. They advised us nothing you stated in your response. They were aware of our issue with your company and that was the only thing noted on our file. I had forwarded the supervisor with our phone records showing the number of times we called and never getting a response or call back.

And to respond to your "excuse" below, we had since called another company to service our heater and I inquired about your "false allegations" stating it was improperly installed and the new company (who actually fixed it) confirmed that was not the case. They clearly found the issue (faulty piece in the actual product from inside) and replaced the part without any problems or hesitations.

But you would known that if you were truthful and actually came for the service call. And more importantly, if that was the case, that our heater was installed improperly, then why would the manufacturer apologize for your poor service and provide us with an alternative company to solve our service issue. I would think if that was the case, our warranty would of been voided and the manufacturer wouldn't have assisted us with providing a different contractor.

Also please read what the actual review is. Your poor customer service and lack of honesty and business ethics. How can we "not like anything you were telling us" if you never answered any of your calls. You never told us anything, because that would mean you would actually have to return our calls. And No the issue was not because it was improperly installed because the next company came and was able to find the issue and fixed it.

That doesn't change the fact that again no calls for weeks and then the other older lady in your office had poor customer service skills. The only call we got was your call back yelling and screaming at us refusing to come because we we complained about your lack of response. Bottom line you and your only employee have inadequate customer service skills and now it's apparent you're dishonest with poor business ethics. Funny, the initial claim was about your lack of response time and business demeanor and it took you 10 months to respond just to this review.

But If you still feel my statements are "invalid" I would Be happy to upload the proof to show they are in fact valid. March 2018 Absolutely the worst place ever. Absolute poor customer service and poor service period. Mitch never calls back. The old lady that handles the phones lies and gets caught in her own lies. We have phone records as well as recording of their lies and how rude they are.

We have been calling Mitch for over a week and he never called back. He only picked up once And said he wld return the call but of course a week later he still hadnt so I called today into the office and the lady first said she never got any calls from us but when we mentioned we had our call log then her story changed. And despite that we still asked for assistance and said all we want is our service that is covered under warranty and she assured me "Mitch" would come out to service us today but instead he was absolutely rude to my fiance.

Absolutely horrible experience. Customers BEAWARE DO NOT use them. We have also filed a complaint with BBB as well as the Warranty Contract with Raypack. They def need to lose their contract w dealing with Warranty bc they never service properly. I would give negative stars if I could!

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! They provide the absolute worst service that you can imagine. Rude. Nasty. Price Gouging. Liars. No matter how badly they mess up. it will be YOUR fault. Absolutely no regard or respect for you as a customer! Lady on the phone acts like she's doing you a favor by allowing you to be their customer. If they were the last pool service company in the world, I would fill my pool with dirt and cover it up.
