We will be reaching out to all of our clients to accommodate a new opening date in May. Our retail store is closed to the public but we will be on site to field any questions and take phone orders for chemicals to be picked up in our parking lot. We value all of our clients and it really saddens us to not be out doing what we do this time of year.

With a lot of thought and consideration for the health of our employees and the families we serve, we decided this was our civil duty and responsibility to try and do our part in stopping this spread.
Services
If you are considering a new pool, the best first step is to come into our store and sit down with a representative who can answer any questions you might have. We will be able to help you narrow down your size and shape options as well as the many optional features that are available. You will leave having a much clearer idea of what building and owning a pool looks like in addition to the cost.

I am a first time pool owner and Aqua-Tech did an amazing job with our pool. Even though we signed the contract in spring of 2021 and they didn't start until 2022 (which was expected) they honored their original price. The owner, Don, was out here every day checking on the progress. Ashley and Adam were a great help throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.a great family company!

We have been working with Aqua-Tech for the last 18+ months. We put our deposit down in the Fall of 2020 and they were booked for the next season of installation. We were one of the first pools the following spring, 2022. Ashley and Adam walked us through every step of the process and continue to be a phone call away to help guide us as new pool owners.

Like with any building project, we had a few "bumps in the road;" our concerns were always addressed quickly and things were taken care of in a timely manner. We hope to maintain a working relationship for years to come with Aqua-Tech. Thank you for everything!

Clara Dearman 8 weeks ago Have been thinking about installing a pool but after the way some friends were treated I would rather swim in my tub than have these people put a pool in my yard. How dare they jack the price up 40% AFTER a down payment has been made. This was not a customer of ours.

Aqua tech has been a valuable resource for all of our pool needs and inquiries. From questions relating to water quality to maintenance issues to liner details, the customer service has been top notch and professional. Calls were returned promptly and I definitely felt the family run business vibe when the owner of the company personally took my call to answer my concerns. If you are looking to support business without the big corporation 'you are just a number' feel, I highly recommend Aquatech for your pool needs.

HORRIBLE! They only got a star because I had to give them one to submit a review. They lie & dont honor their word at all. DONT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! Raised price on pool $20,000 Yes I am very angry- I never give reviews. We gave a 10% deposit back in 2020 to "lock in" our price because it had already raised $10,000 from our 2019 quote. We were told that is what was needed to do to secure that price & to get our name on the list.

That is a legally binding contract- we gave money and the company /s/ off on it. Anchor Pools & Eastgate pools told me they were honoring their original contracts even though there was a price increase because they told the customer a price & weren't going to go back on that. Don't waste your time with this company- go to one of the other pool companies in the local Cincinnati/ West Chester area who keep their word. You will be waiting over a year to hear from them & only to find out your price will be raised.

My journey with Aqua-Tech started with a dream.to build a backyard pool theater. I talked with a co-worker on his recent pool, and he said without hesitation, "Aqua-Tech is the way to go." I casually walked into their store one day and met the warm and wonderful Ashley. We discussed my goals, the atmosphere, and experience I wanted to have. With Ashley's creative design skills, my dream started to take shape!

Upon start of construction, I met the talented Adam and Don. Both worked tirelessly in my backyard to transform this dream into reality. From the very beginning, they showed me an unreasonable amount of care and attention. Not only that.they demonstrated an exceptional amount of patience as we worked through the details of the project. They spent extra time grading my yard to ensure rain water flowed around the pool.

They directed the concrete work with precision, ensuring the design came to life exactly as it was on paper. Due to the unique nature of this pool, there were some features that they'd never constructed before. They handled each challenge with precision and excellence. They all turned out exactly as we'd hoped! Every person that sees this pool showers it with complements.and so much of that is a credit to Aqua-Tech and their craftsmanship. Pools are complicated things.

Any issues that came up during the process were handed promptly and professionally. Every moment I spent with Ashley, Adam, and Don. I could feel that they genuinely cared about my happiness. They all worked so hard.every detail I was hoping for.they made it happen without hassle. Even details discovered after-the-fact.extra side things.they took care of me at every turn.

When I started this journey, I was expecting to build a pool. Not only did I get an AMAZING pool. I was offered friendship and treated like a member of the family. That's not something you can just go out and buy. It's Aqua-Tech.and they are truly something special. Thank you Ashley, Adam, Don, and every member of your crew for bringing my dream to life!

I built pools for Aqua Tech for roughly seven years. What a great company to work for, things had to be done right. Treated myself and my employees with total respect. They are a company that I would have no problem referring to anyone looking for a pool.

We only have positive things to say about Aqua-Tech Pools! The entire staff is super helpful and willing to take the extra few minutes to answer our questions. The Owner (Don) was on site during our install and even made extra trips out to our house to address any concerns and ease our minds throughout the installation process. Rain delayed our concrete but, Don made sure we had a working pool to enjoy for Memorial day and made sure we had safe water to swim in. From start to finish Aqua-Tech Pools exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend their services!

Let me start off by saying "Terrible". The company did not take precaution in bringing equipment and in particular concrete to my house for the purpose of pouring the pool. They were negligent. They offered no solutions to pump in the material or move shrubs to bring it in over the grass. Instead because it was easiest for them they drove six loads of concrete in full size mixers up my 135 driveway and destroyed nearly 50% of.

That is of course all I can see now. In the two months since they left the damage gets worse as it weathers. When confronted with the damage owner Don Combs inspected it with me on two occasions. At first he left me believing he would never leave the damage in this shape. After the second inspection when hundreds of cracks had appeared he informed my wife to look on the back of the contract he signed with her to build the pool.

To paraphrase it says the company WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any damaged caused to your property by them. Period. As it stands today they are soon going to have to defend this language in front of a judge. The estimate to replace the drive is $35,000. Imagine that. The pool cost was estimated to be $48,000. Imagine you as an owner of a home contracts with a local company to do work only to find they negligently damage nearly as much as they are adding.

Then they expect you to walk away because they input unconscionable language as they have done. When Don came out to measure our yard in the early spring he briefed us about construction. He never gave us any option for contract delivery. The only damage of note he indicated that would occur was to our grass. And he said they would take care of that.

They did not. Someone else had to do so. I can only guess they assume they are the Blessed Pool Company and their work to be so good they can get away with this poor customer service. Wait there is more. When Don came to measure then the yard for the pool he spray painted and area 18 x 36 feet. The size of the pool. He also spray painted the grass to show us where the concrete patio would be around the pool.

I will estimate it was 5-6 feet of concrete. Whatever it was both my wife and I were satisfied. This was the only discussion of concrete we had with Don and later his daughter and sales rep Ashley Arnold. We did request colored concrete. She noted on our contract that would be an extra charge and she would advise us of the cost later. The contract shows an asterisk by an area they call "extra concrete" and a notation that we are requesting color.

This was the last discussion anybody at our home had with the company about concrete. On the first day the concrete was poured I came home for lunch to notice the area that had been poured was a lot larger than we had planned for. The area was no longer in a rectangular shape as I had expected but now rounded much in the shape of a football. I recall wondering to myself "is this free".

At that time my wife came out to the pool area and a worker met up with me as well. He said "what do you think"? he also added "we thought it would look better this way". Honestly I was stunned. I remember saying to my wife this had better be included in our cost. When confronted by phone Ashley told my wife Debbie that most of her customers give them a free hand to do what they thought best and settled up later.

This was not what we planned to do at all. No discussion was ever had about adding extra concrete. Even though Ohio law prohibits a vendor adding more than 10% cost to a job this company felt like it had carte blanche. Days later I was being pressed for my second pool payment of 60%. This left a balance of 5% due or about $2500. On this day the company delivered a bill to me in the amount of $11,000 for extra concrete. They said that they had used four times the amount of concrete as we were allotted in our agreement. I refused to pay and now they put a mechanics lien on my home.

When we decided to finally build our dream pool, we didn't need to shop around. We knew we wanted to use family-owned Aqua-Tech because of their wonderful reputation. They did not disappoint! They were absolutely wonderful to work with, from the planning process with Ashley, to the building process with Adam and Don. They are so knowledgeable and creative.

Their contractors were professional, meticulous and timely and always ready to answer any questions I had. The pool is stunning and and we could not have had better experience. Highly recommended! Thanks for making our dream a reality!
