Aquamarine Pool

16 DAYS! That is the length of time from excavation until we were swimming in our new fiberglass Aviva 40 ft Vogue in Gibraltar Grey. AquaPools under the direction of John and his entire team (excavation, plumbing, electrical, concrete work and tile work, to pool cleaning crew and pool school) was a phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations! We put a down payment in this pool in Jul 2021, and were on the schedule for May 2022.and it came to fruition just as John predicted. John made some pivotal suggestions for the way we intended to use our pool - dogs - so bigger filter and powerful variable speed pump.

He also was the decision behind the 2 inch silver travertine tile copping, which impressed the most discerning eyes and is the most elegant touch around this gorgeous pool. The fiberglass is easy on our feet and the dogs and has the perfect grip to avoid slipping but still so smooth. We did have some added decision during the waiting process and even during the install.

We added more concrete deck and all of our decisions were carefully considered and easily adopted by John and his crew. This by far the most professional pool installation experience. All the specialists were expertise in their areas and kept us informed and engaged in the process. We are so grateful for this wonderful life changing experience! We have a pool in our backyard! Talk about super service! We were searching for a water-wall feature for our pool. I called John at Aquamarine Pools and he said he could build us one, so we ordered it in the morning and he sent a crew of 3 guys out that same day. And they constructed a very beautiful stone water wall feature for us, exactly how we wanted it, and it was finished by the end of the day!

We are very, very impressed and pleased with Aquamarine Pools (and John and the 3 construction guys). Note: Aquamarine Pools also installed our pool about 8 months ago. Everything went fast and without a hitch. They do beautiful work!

Aquamarine pools was worth the wait. It was approximately a 10 month waiting period, because they were so back logged during COVID. However, they started and worked tirelessly to finish my pool in 10 days, yes 10 days! My neighbor has a fiberglass pool from a different company, where they sat the pool on top of a concrete bed, so they wouldn't have to dig through the rock. Mine in a true in ground pool and I am happy with the results.

"Pool John" is professional responsive and stands by his product, contractors, and equipment. Pool was installed on schedule and without much fuss. The BEST pool company in New Braunfels/San Antonio! We are finishing up our pool and I couldn't wait to post this review. I cannot believe how fast the pool went it and how incredible it looks. The back office team (Toinette for us) was responsive and drove the project to the last day. Every single team that came to the house was kind, professional, and respected our home.

More importantly, they worked hard until the job was done.some working late into cold evenings. When I had an idea on how to make it unique and special for my family, everyone figured out how to make it possible. Our gunite pool friends are shocked at the quality of our pool and how much pool/upgrades we got for the cost. I can promise you that putting in a pool is a stressful event, so who you choose is gonna matter more than you realize. Cody and his teams at Aquamarine earned our business and referrals. We just had our pool built by Aquamarine pools and couldn't be happier with the process! We worked with John who was an excellent communicator and resolved any issue that ever came up. Signed contract in August 2020, install began in April 2021. The install started out rocky, several complications and the abundance of rain did not help. But in the end Paul and Cody and his crew came through and made things right! We absolutely love our pool! If you are looking for a good group of people to work with, you need to give Aquamarine a call.

I actually "inherited" my pool when I recently bought my new home. The pool is beautiful and I love the little waterfall. But, I had no idea of how to take care of a pool. After talking with a few local pool maintenance people, I was getting even more confused, as everyone gave me a totally different process. So, I decided to call Cody, who originally designed and installed the pool.

He was sooo helpful and even sent out Paul to give me a lesson on how to maintain my pool. Paul was amazing--clear and patient, and he laid out a maintenance plan that I could easily understand and follow. He even re-programmed my timer. AND, Cody would not even let me pay them for their time and knowledge. Cody and Paul went way beyond any expectations in helping me and I can't thank them enough. If I were building a new pool, these are the guys I would call--great pool and excellent customer service.

The experience with the Aquamarine Pools of Corpus Christi team was a pleasure. Everything was done on schedule and efficiently and professionally. We have thoroughly enjoyed our pool! It has been easy to maintain; much easier than the above ground pool we had for 10+ years! We got the Eden model, with the splash pad and rim, which is perfect for our young grandchildren.
