Upon opening our pool this year we had some issues with our filter and there being no suction. Anchor Pools would come out, "fix" it and then leave. Every time we were finally able to dedicate time to vacuuming there was no suction again. While this is our first time owning a pool we did our research to ensure we were doing everything right. but we were still having issues.
Four different people came out and told us four separate things.ultimately what we were originally told wasn't wrong ended up being exactly what was wrong. The second man who came out sold us a new vacuum stating that it was for leaves because of the "soft bristle", but when he came on another occasion told us is was not for leaves it was only for dirt and sand. 120$ spent for no reason as we already had a vacuum.
The first gentleman who came out told us that we just needed to flush the pipe and that there were no leaks while the fourth gentleman found three leaks. Then another time we called so that someone in the office could check and see if we had a bottom drain and if we needed the sand changed in the filter. The woman on the phone advised that she looked at pictures and that we did not have a bottom drain and said we did not need the sand changed.
The forth gentleman informed us that we DID need the sand replaced and we DO have a bottom drain. After the forth man finally figured out what was actually wrong they scheduled a time to come out and fix the piping and replace the sand. While they were working on the piping and sand the workers left their car doors wide open for over three hours then proceeded to accuse our family of stealing one of their wallets and are now refusing to service our house.
We live on a road with heavy foot traffic due a Spinx being less then a 2 minute walk away from us, any one could have walked up to their unwatched truck and taken the wallet. Anchor Pools has proven to be incompetent and unreliable establishment. I would not recommend giving them your business.

Anchor pools Easley is fantastic! We bought out house last June and it had a pool. I had been a pool manager for commercial side pools in college so I had slight memory of how to do things, but they were so helpful getting me back familiar with everything. They are super helpful and patient! They remember who you are when you call and when you come in.
Their instructions are very clear and easy. They are fair in making sure to get you what you need. Jay- the pool service tech is amazing! He comes by during hours that are convenient to us. He explains everything to me and helps so much! We had to get a brand new Motor in the middle of the summer last year. They were very helpful in giving assistance and making the change happen quick. We love them and will always be a customer!

Very poor customer service. Management is VERY rude. I would not recommend this as a place to do business with. You also have your stories crossed. Undoubtedly you have more issues that you care to admit. My issue was you had half of a filter valve and wanted almost double what your competition down the street wanted for the whole valve. On that day they earned that business and all my business since.
