I was in need of finding someone to help service and providing procedures for correctly maintaining my spa. Got so lucky when I called Fla hot tub and sauna they (meaning Christy and Katherine ) they both went out of there way to assist me, very helpful, friendly and professional. Solved my problem by sending Troy out who also very helpful and showed me and talked me thru and answered my questions. Great people and guarantee if I need a new spa or help again I will contacting them. I'm so appreciate and thank you again.

I don't write many reviews but I will go out my way and to write one about the experience with Florida Hot & Sauna Center and sales person Richard and the removal and installers, and this isn't my first hot tub! Spending money on something like is a investment quality and customer service are the key don't skimp on either. Richard hit this on the head from beginning to the installation and I did my homework on both I don't want to bad mouth companies but I no one in North Dade or Ft. Lauderdale competes! Its a investment long term so get that good felling from the beginning.

Once again stay away from this company as they mentioned in the review that it was never used. The delivery guys mentioned to me that they picked up that hot tub from a home earlier that day. There is no way for the scratches, missing screws missing and water inside the tub that that was the floor model.

Used Florida Hot Tub & Sauna to install an updated sauna kit at our fitness facility and was/am extremely happy with the service and commitment to excellence they provided. We had a few mishaps with electrical issues but FHT&S was diligent with the work and made the necessary repairs right away. From the project managers to the technicians that came out, everyone was knowledgable and friendly. On a scale from 1-10, I'd give them a 12.

I love my new Sauna. Florida Hot Tub & Sauna has great merchandise and amazing customer service. Everyone I talked to at Florida Hot Tub & Sauna was super knowledgable and willing to take the time to discuss my wants and needs. The entire team worked hard to make sure that I had a happy experience from start to finish. I am more than satisfied with this purchase.
