Complete nightmare. Very large commercial pool that has been 2 1-2 years and all we have is a large hole in the ground, formed and ready to shotcrete for 2 months. Rebar is corroded. The entire waterfront is a disaster of sand piles, silt fence, dead lawns (irrigation system crushed last year!) its a giant safety hazard. More excuses than any company could conjure up. I wouldn't recommend them to install a kiddies plastic sitting pool. Ed

After an exhaustive evaluation and competitive bidding process I chose Nassau. Best equipment. Best Materials. Best Process. Best Sub-Contractors. Most Flexible to my design requirements. Committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. Sales (Adam) worked with me throughout the process ensuring continuity. Construction Phase (Osi) and Finish Phase (Brian) project managers always took the time to educate me on the process and provide oversight for the work. Kept to schedule. Cleaned up throughout the process.
Quality workmanship. I had one "glitch" in the process that required rework - Nassau immediately responded, did the work to keep the process rolling and the customer satisfied. My neighbors had pool constructed at same time, they used the low cost provider - nothing but problems. So happy I chose Nassau!

Today(10/6/2020), I needed my Nassau Pools contract to complete a warranty claim for the pool heater Nassau installed. I was again amazed when I discovered Nassau pools installed the wrong pool heater as shown in the contract. The contract clearly shows on line 33 Heater: Jandy (JE3000T) 137K BTU is checked and NOT Jandy (JE2000T) 108K BTU as was installed!
My opinion of this company has not changed and I would NOT recommend this company for a pool build, in my opinion. Before my edit above, the following was shown to be from 7 months ago. I do not recommend this company for a pool build. Many contractual issues yet to be resolved to my satisfaction as of this post date. The pool bench on approved plan is on the side of the pool, but was constructed wrapped around the end corner.
Pool light was to be on left side of pool shape transitional radius, constructed on the right side. Grout color choices applied in wrong areas. Pool deck contracted with no boarder, not only is there a boarder, there are 2 different patterned boarders. Along house structure square pavers while along screen cage 3 square pavers and 1 rectangular paver repeating pattern.
It is my opinion, the 8" diameter skimmer deck ring is the wrong size as the skimmer housing and basket are both 8-5/16" diameter. In my opinion, I should not have to collapse the basket to make it fit through a smaller opening. The screen enclosure was installed with a downspout inside the enclosure. These are some of the issues I experienced with my pool build and my opinions are based on my experience with this company during and after pool build. Nassau Pools did an outstanding job in building our spa, 1,000 ft paver patio and screen. Starting with the Designer, Steve, who instantly got our concept of building a very large raised stone spa which could also serve as a plunge pool. We loved Steve's ideas. Next came the construction Super, Brian, who was on top of every detail and always accessible to us. Daniel did the spa training today, and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
The office staff was most helpful. The other contractors were also top notch who installed the paver patio and screen. I just knew we made the right choice from the first interaction with Steve and knowing the company is family owned and in business for 50 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Nassau Pools!

We purchased a home with a 20-year-old pool - it needed a complete renovation as did the pool decking and lanai floor. After interviewing five companies and evaluating their proposals, we selected Nassau. We made the right decision! Our sales rep, Ashley, is a professional -- very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project, and a true delight to work with!
She helped us with our selections, was always available for our questions, and was onsite throughout to check on the progress and assist with some minor changes we wanted to make. Our construction project manager, Rodrigo, did a great job with an outstanding team. They took pride in their work and never left anything out of place at the end of each work day.

Stay away from this pool company. I had a new house built in Naples Florida. The builder referred me to Nassau Pools to build the pool, deck and install the fire pit. They charged me over 100k. The contact set the deepest part of the pool at 5 feet. They incorrectly built it to 5 1/2 feet. The pavers were discolored. The trek deck was not nailed correctly.
When they removed the deck there was lunch from the workers, empty water bottle, the drain was not connected and improper support. The owner, sales person and their CEO came to my home to discuss these problems. The builder, a major publicly traded company attended but they were useless. The owner refused to properly make the repairs. He wanted to do a substandard repair.
The owner became so angry when I refused his offer that he wanted to fight with me but other people held him back. He was removed him from my property and he was told if he returned that he would be arrested. Another company was brought in to fix the problems. Nassau Pools changed the depth of the pool to 5 feet. Need I say more. Recently, Greg from Nassau Pools contacted me to resolve issues due to lightning striking my pool equipment.
He told me that there have been many positive changes at Nassau Pools and he wanted a chance to repair the relationship and help me fix the pool equipment. He immediately dispatched a senior person to my home to diagnose the problem. Within the next couple of days the parts were obtained and the problem was fixed. This senior person brought to my attention other potential issues and offered to resolve them.
Over the next week he ordered the parts and implemented the upgrades. He did a very good job and he was very professional. In addition, Greg has offered to assist me with additional projects involving my pool and I look forward to working with him. I believe Greg is a stand up person and with the changes at Nassau Pools I can now confidently recommend them highly.

Top Notch Company & People! I bought a home in the Quarry without a pool. Decided on Nassau based on reviews, price, and Joe their salesman. I was in NJ 90% of the time! They not only got the job done faster than originally discussed, but with 0 change orders & 0 extra costs. Installing a pool is NOT an easy task, especially in FL with homes on top of each other. Were there a few small issues, of course, there probably always is.
But they were taken care of quickly, professionally, and at 0 cost to me. Like it should be. Joe their salesman was always available to me, even well after the sale. Always there to provide status, answer questions, whatever I needed. Never once said, go to talk to someone else. Brian, the job supv, never once pushed me off or didn't answer me. Even a text sent on a Saturday night was answered.
Even on SUNDAY! I have had pools installed in NJ previously. It truly was never this easy. I even pointed out 1 paver with a small dent in it. When I got home the next day, it was already fixed! They are that good. Also, I met the owner at their office and he was the nicest man & most thankful person I have ever met. What's funny, due to 1 review, I almost didn't go with them!
Then it hit me. They have been doing this for 50+ YEARS. I am going to not use them due to 1 person? What about the other 1,000's of happy people who don't post a word? When your happy, you don't say anything. When you are mad you tell the world. SOOOOOO glad I went with them. Thank you Joe & Brian & everyone at Nassau. Loving my pool!

Nassau Pool company is bar none the best Pool company to purchase a pool. We have a home in Naples and as you could imagine there are a plethora of pool companies to choose from. We are highly satisfied with the way they conduct themselves and the team they employee to build the pool. They answer and explain every process that is being done on a daily basis with all the up dates you could ask for.
They are very skilled in their trade and it shows! They will go out if their way to make certain the customer is fully satisfied, even after the pool is complete they do not disapear like most contractors do. We recommended Nassau to our neighbor and she cant stop thanking us every time we see her. My husband and I would once again like to thank Nassau Pools and their team of people for an exceptional Pool that who ever sees it loves it! Thanks Nassau Pools.

Our pool is done and beautiful! Contruction was on the slower side, but things were not rushed and done properly. We are happy with the outcome. Any issues that we had were quickly resolved. Greg will work with you and will be fair every step of the way. The end product is quality at a competitive price!
