Working with this company reinforces my faith in business. Our last pool company disappeared without notice. We returned to Florida after a months away to a swamp. The pool was pee green and you couldn't see past the surface. I called the Florida Pool Service, emailed a picture of the pool and a service tech was at my home within an hour. She stared a treatment on the spot.
A few hours later we could see bottom. The next day MNGR Natalie showed up with another tech to finish the job. We hired them on the spot - that was October 2021. Even though we were pleased with the job in October I wanted to live with the service before I sang my praise. Living up to the promises made last October - I have the same pool tech on the same day each week. Thank you Florida Pool Service.

They replaced all of our pool equipment. My salt generator they installed does not work any longer and I've been waiting over 3 weeks. I called Pentair myself and they wasted two weeks before they even put in the warranty. I get different answers from everyone I speak to in the office. They are rude, and the fact they're not making any money now I'm sure that doesn't make them happy.
I will never hire them again and they're answer to me is they have 40 other customers with warranty issues. I called to speak to a manager and everyone I talk to says they are a manager. They're all busy right now and I am aware of that but using the excuse and not telling me the truth and how they wasted two weeks of not even putting my part in for warranty.
I have to test it every few days to make sure there is enough chlorine in my pool because if not it will stain my poor would cost thousands to have it acid washed before this happen. I called, I emailed, and I text and did not get an answer from anyone. But when I call them to give me an estimate to replace my pool equipment they were here fast and I paid them 20K for the job. If you have to call them back you will wait forever just like I'm doing now. I don't even know when the part is coming in because they don't answer me.

Unfortunately an alligator was on the road and instead of driving around it this company truck backed up and drove right over this live alligator on purpose. The alligator's was pinned underneath the tire and lifted it's head and opens it's mouth obviously in pain. Then it backed up and allowed another person to get in the back and hit the alligator with a shovel and forced it to drag it's body across the road.
They are trying to find this injured alligator and hopefully it will survive after the unnecessary cruelty from this man in his Florida Pool Service truck. I sent the pictures to the police and I seriously hope something is done to stop anything like this happening again. He should have just drove around instead of backing up and running it over. So sad and horrifying and cruel.

The whole review on the alligator incidence is bogus. I'm related to the gentleman and he showed me HIS OWN VIDEOS which he documented how he held up traffic for the sake of the alligator not getting hit. To the person that posted how "the alligator was getting hurt by two people." You must not be from Florida let alone the Estates. That strip of Immokalee road, cars will go up to 70 mph had the gentleman and the girl not moved the alligator and stopped the car the alligator would have been dead.
And a possible car accident might have occurred. If you cared so much, why didnt you just get out of the car yourself and move the alligator instead of filming and judging without knowing? Also posting on a business profile, is so distasteful and appalling especially when you literally decided to write your own story.

I would like to ask that in the future, bystanders give us a call when they happen upon a situation such as the alligator review. Our phone number is plastered all over our trucks and we would be happy to take your call. Writing a horrible review like that without all the facts is just wrong and presents our company in a bad light. We do not take kindly to animal abuse, and had that been the case in this situation that employee would have been terminated immediately.

I have a gas heater and my current pool company couldn't work on it because they do not have a gas license? I called Florida Pool Service and they were able to come out the next day. They fixed my heater and had me back up and running just in time for my grand kids to get here for spring break. They also gave me a great price for monthly service.

Florida Pool Service really helped me out after Irma hit. Even though their office was flooded and they were dealing with their own disaster they made sure to service me and my neighbors. I've just arrived back into town and my pool looks great! I can trust them to always look after my pool and equipment while I am not in my Florida home. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I see some negative comments on here, but rarely does anyone post the positive things. I have nothing but great things to say about this service. They are prompt and quick to respond to issues. Our pool boy is great (Jimmy) and is conscious to do a great job. Natalie helped us with a warranty issue with the manufacturer where it was needed. All my community neighbors use Florida Pools and i have never heard anything negative. They are perfect for us

They did an OK job for a time (I've used them for three years), but for the second time, I have had to address issues with a tech who is not always being thorough with cleaning or chemicals. When I called because the pool had green on the bottom in some areas, they tried to sell me a $200 phosphate treatment (which after having my water tested independently, I learned I did not need).
The pool needed 2 gallons of chlorine and 4 lbs of stabilizer and it's crystal clear. I was told they didn't have my phone number or email to notify me about needing a new filter cartridge. When I suggested they could have taped a note to the door or left a message in my mailbox (if they were, in fact, at the house every week as they claimed) the person on the other end hung up on me.
At this point, I think I'm more upset about the fact they did not try to make it right by getting the pool clean and the chemicals balance; instead they chose to try and charge me for a service I did not need and make excuses to justify poor service.

I have had Florida Pool Service for over 3 years. Recently in the past year the pool service has done down hill fast. I have had over 6 different pool people this past year and they spend about 6-7 minutes here, check the chemicals, add chemicals, and brush the sides. The color of my pool this year has been blue/green never that pretty blue that my neighbors have. lastly, I have not seen my pool be vacuumed in over a month. Mariam who works in customer service has always been nice, but she has no control over the management! Just cancelled my service today!
