Do not have your pool serviced by Jason and his team. They came to close my pool for the season and put a hole in it. When I called him he denied it. I had my pool open all year with no issues of losing water. Coincidentally I told him my liner was old and that I would be replacing it. Just after closed a couple days my water loss was 10 inches. Now one month later I have no water in my pool.

Almost 24 thousand gallons gone. I called him and explained that he had to have put a hole while he was closing it. I know he assumed I wouldn't catch it until I opened it next year. He didn't think my water loss would be that fast to where I wouldn't recognize it. What an unethical business company and MAN!

Love this place! The staff is great! Especially the older lady that works there! They are very informative and really do want to help you have the best pool possible without trying to rip you off. Thanks for all you do Crystal Clear Pools!

The owner Jason was such a joy to work with, was very on top of our pool and knew exactly what he was doing. Had amazing customer service and got it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company! Thank you crystal clear pools and spa!

We had a pool designed and installed last summer. We love it! It's so beautiful and such a great addition to our home. The cost was very reasonable when compared to other bids we received and the staff has been amazing. Also, the concrete work was perfect around the whole area. We have continued to use them to complete servicing, maintenance, and checkups as well.

Hard to find fitting. We looked everywhere and Crystal Clear had a part for their Doughboy brand that worked great. Same day fix thanks to the awesome staff that is very honest. Always will recommend them. Thank you!

I am rebuilding our pond and needed some swing-check valves. Not only did they have the professional grade I needed, but were able to order extras and it was available overnight for cheaper than online competitors. Also, when picking up my valves, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The store is well organized and owner (sorry his name escapes me) is VERY knowledgeable.

He came out and really helped me scale out my pond's plumbing needs. Despite me building a pond and not a pool, he really tried to understand my project. He took his time and didn't try to push anything outside of what I needed for my project. I wish other CO small businesses would practice this same type of customer service. You just don't see it like this these days.
