This is my only manner of responding since the 'owner' left a response. I have absolutely no problem at all with a company that doesn't have the knowledge or experience to build a pool correctly. That's their own problem. Calling it unsafe as an excuse for not understanding their own industry, however, is very different. I was able to get an excellent pool and have exceptional work done, just as I wanted it.
Very glad Vivion can probably build small basic pools. It's not what I was looking for, and I certainly wasn't interested in their heat pumps they kept talking about. Ultimately, they need to admit that they are no different from most other pool companies in Tulsa that go out of business every few years and all have the same 3-4 crews doing the installs as subcontractors.
It's communication skills they all lack. Communicating with customers, potential customers, and subs. IF you aren't comfortable building a pool because of lack of knowledge or experience, don't leave the initial meeting guaranteeing a plan within 2 weeks and never answer your calls after. Just say you can't do it. Easy enough

This is such an amazing team to work with! This is not my first pool to have built, so I do have something to compare this experience to. They are so on top of things and super easy to work with! Pool was built in a very timely manner and is absolutely exactly what I had envisioned! I highly recommend working with them, Katy, Levi, Drew and the rest of the crew.you guys are the BEST! Just starting the process with Vivion but have good things to say. Drew and Levi have been more than patient as we have really struggled with finding the right design.
