We work hard to have everything you need for your pool and/or spa available at affordable prices. We carry and install a wide variety of replacement liners for in-ground and above-ground pools. We offer on-site services such as pump motor replacements, automatic cleaner repair, and DE grid checks/replacements. We also offer on-site services such as sand changes, motor replacements, and plumbing repairs.
Our computerized water analysis is personalized for you and your pool or spa. However, it is not enough to rely upon automated treatment instructions. Experience matters when interpreting computer results. Our knowledgeable staff ask questions and consider many factors when making recommendations such as environment and customer history.
We offer a wide selection of replacement liner patterns from McEwen, Loop Loc, and Latham. Choose from a large selection of automatic cleaners from companies such as Pentair, Hayward, Maytronics, and Polaris. We also service many types of automatic cleaners. We offer a wide range of pool and spa chemicals from companies such as Leisure Time, Spa Essentials, Spazazz, Natural Chemistry, Omni, Haviland, and United Chemical.

They are a really great company, they got any issues with the liner resolved relatively quickly. If there had been a way I would have done a 4 1/2 * instead of just a 4. The only reason it was not a 5 was we have run into some issues with liner popping out of the top runner which we are fighting with getting it back in place only to have it pop back out and have found out that a product called liner lock would have prevented this. We would have paid a little more for this but it was not offered. Just be aware to ask for liner lock if you are relining an inground pool.

We had been going here for a while for our pool supplies. This week the red headed lady was so rude to my wife. She told her if we did not buy any chemicals there was a $5 charge. My wife told her we get all our supplies here and if we need anything we would get it, It went downhill from there. Will find a new place to get my chemicals going forward. Customer service is not even a word anymore and that goes for almost all businesses

The customer service at this family owned business is second to none. After using another local company when our pool motor went out and getting zero results or answers after waiting over a week, we tried Carr and were blown away! Even on a busy Saturday, the wait was short and all the workers were patient and kind. John answered every question and concern we had. This is our new pool supply company!

What a personalized experience from the owner. After testing our water samples she quickly identified the chemicals needed to balance out our pool then gathered all supplies needed to check us out as well as explained in step by step details of how and what order to put the chemicals in the pool and how long to wait between. I loved this family owned pool store and will return many more times as needed. Highly recommend it to every pool (salt or fresh water pools) owner.
