I believe I've had contact with every spa place in town and I am definitely impressed with the pool and spa store. Their schedule was packed but they made an extra effort to get my Jacuzzi running so my grandson could enjoy it! Brian taught me more about setting up chemicals and how to run the Jacuzzi. He replaced some lost/broken clips to hold the lid down and installed a lift so I can remove the top easily. I know that they're really busy and I so appreciate the fact that they fit me in
