I love Bonsall! They have the chemicals I need. Remember me and the needs of my pool every year. The are quick, efficient and friendly.

For being one of the only pool places here in town I would like to think they would take better care of their clientele. If you have a lot of time to waste and want to wait around for your pool needs this is the place to go! My pool needs serviced but I guess they don't have the time for me! Even after already having them order me a new liner!

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst experience ever. They incorrectly placed the liner of my mothers pool, Mellissa Austin, three separate times causing it to leak. They are unprofessional, lazy, and a waste of time and money. Save yourself some time and money and don't even think about using this company. Terrible terrible terrible. They'll be seeing her in court soon.

My seven-year-old Hot Spring spa broke a coupling off one of the pumps and I lost all my water. Called these guys on a Monday, they came on a Wednesday and I was sitting in my hot tub 12 hours later. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend.

We have contacted Bonsall over and over and they will not respond. After closing pool, pool water leaked and we need them to come back and find out what needs to be done. All we need is an assessment and a solution so we have a working pool this coming summer.

I always count on Bonsall for testing my water and helping me choose the right chemicals for my pool! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! The spa concierge service is amazing too! Year round service is affordable and makes maintaining the hot tub so easy! Thank you Bonsall! Now, if I could get on your list for pool services that would be great!

Bonsall services the water attraction at my place of employment. The attraction involves A LOT of maintenance and moving parts that arent always the most intuitive in nature. Chris and Grant, as well as their peers in delivery, sales and service are always patient, friendly, and incredibly hard working. I appreciate them SO much! Many days this summer Chris was working his tail off in the 100 degree heat for us.couldnt be more satisfied with the assistance he provided. Grant is always extremely helpful and I appreciate his sense of humor too! Please recognize them for their excellent service!

Always so welcoming and helpful! Any question you have they will have a straight honest answer and will work with you to get you exactly what you are looking for. Only place I will go for any pool or spa needs!

Horrible experience with their service work on automatic pool cover (replace snapped rope). Tech arrived at my house and went in backyard and started working without even notifying me of his arrival. When he left, he only sent text saying work was done. He had to spend 5 more hours than what was originally estimated (which was fine because it was a complicated job).

But three days after work was done, the entire rope came out of track that was worked on. They didn't seem very interested or motivated to repair it, or even look at it. I often had to leave voicemails, as they will not answer phone. I eventually had to go their location, and they still weren't interested in helping resolve the issue. They gave me $100 off the original $1,000 to repair a single snapped rope. I paid them and will never go back.

The guys at Bonsall Pool & Spa, have been very helpful and understanding, to our questions and concerns. We are a first year pool family at home and have had lots of questions, about care and treatments of our pool.

The techs are awesome. Very professional and informative. I had Darren out today to help get my pool set up and he was just as great as he was last year. He shows me what he's doing along the way and he's very helpful. These guys blow the other guys in town out of the water! Thanks Bonsall!

Bonsall Pool & Spa is a wonderful company to work with. Due to Covid, we did not have a huge selection of hot tubs to select from, not their fault but the one we selected we love. The delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and they had plenty of staff available to help with the process of setting up. I would highly recommend Bonsall Pool & Spa to others look for a pool or hot tub.
