I've been a client as long as they have been in business. I wouldn't use anyone else in south Florida.this company goes above beyond to give you a beautiful pool.

Southern pools was great. We did a complete pool refurb, 1000 foot deck/patio, new equipment, lights, refurbished spa and automation. Pool is beautiful as is deck. And the automation and lighting have been flawless. They were very responsive to our many questions and very patient during the selection process. We highly recommend Brandon and his team.

We hired Southern Pool after a friend had a good experience. From missing copper lines, missing that the pool interior had to be chipped out, missing the old light needed to be removed and at first installing the led lights crooked, there was nothing that went smoothly. They didn't even smooth the pool finish properly and installed an incorrect eye on a vacuum line which could have been a hazard.

It took threatening legal action to get a response about fixing those issues after 8 weeks. They then wanted to wait until after hurricane season for a 2 day repair which we insisted on getting done. There was no one who knew what was happening and it's near impossible to get in contact with the owner. While they did take care of costs to balance our pool after the sanding, it was just a poorly managed process. T

In the summer of 2016, Southern Pool Plasterers plastered my old looking pool and made it look great comparatively. However, upon completion, the quarter circle tile on the 1st step was really off, so they came back and fixed it. You'll notice in the pictures that different colors between the steps. The original color was supposed to be upgraded to Sapphire Blue. 1st mistake.

When they came back and fixed the step, they tile looked good, but the color of the step was, in fact, Sapphire Blue, while the pool was not. 2nd mistake. Fast forward 3.5 years, the top step is complete pitted and the plaster will come off in your hands. I called Southern Pool Plasters, explained my problem, and was told that since that tile wasn't on my invoice, they must have did it for free, thus was not covered by warranty and would charge me $85.00 to come out and assess the situation. We had some issues during our remodeling of the pool like the pictures show but they came back out and sanded all of the corners down along with the grout and some rough spots. Then they even sent Todd who is great out the next day to clean the pool. All companies have issues its the nature of using employees and contractors the difference between good and bad businesses is what they do when there is an issue. We had Southern Pool Plasterers refinish our pool, replace old equipment and add new equipment. From the beginning we were pleased with the communication and responsiveness of this company. Once work began, they did a great job and stayed on schedule. They made sure any question I had was not just given a response, but was followed up in full to be sure we were satisfied. In the end we are extremely happy with all aspects of this company. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool remodel. Thank you Southern Pools!

Nothing but great things to say about Southern. Any time I had a concern or question there was always someone available to provide me with an answer. We had them remove brick pavers, install travertine, replace all the tile work around the pool and hot tub and resurface the pool. Highly recommend them!

We hired a pool company to resurface our pool. We live in the Jupiter Farms area where we get flooded quite often during the rainy season, which it happened to be when the project started. The pool ended up coming out of the ground at one end. Southern Pool Plasterers, Inc. sent a crew here to try to get the pool back down. They worked so hard, day after day, through the rain, heat, cold, endlessly having to dig through the mud.

They walled up the sides with wood to hold back the mud from pouring back in and had to pump the water and mud out from under the pool. The task was monumental, but surprisingly and to our astonishment, they managed to get the pool back in place. Although we had originally received a quote for resurfacing the pool only, they continued to work thereafter on every aspect of our pool to get it up to code for us.

They replaced all the piping, put a new drain and skimmer in place, rerouted the water circulation so that it completes a full circle and installed a new LED colored lighting system, installed our choice of tile around the inside perimeter of the pool as well as added tile to our steps. They then resurfaced our pool with our choice of Aqua Gem. They had to bring in chip hammers to remove the cracked concrete floor circling the pool.

Then they laid pavers around the deck floor, our choice of Old Chicago brick, to replace the concrete floor we had. They also installed our choice of coping around the edge of the pool. They then filled it with water and maintained it to where it looked beautiful. On top of that, they never charged us the quoted price, they just closed our bill. We practically have a brand new, up to code, pool whereas before, it was 27 years old.

We could not be more thrilled. We recommend Southern Pool Plasterers, Inc. highly. Kim was terrific in handling all that we needed or wanted. We can't thank her enough, as well as thank all the people who came and worked so diligently and so hard. They were friendly, courteous and kind and did an unbelievably amazing job, way beyond what we could have imagined!
