Alan Jackson built my pool about 20 years ago and it's still looks good and functions great. If I have a problem or need something repaired they are there for me. Everyone that has done work for me has been great, an awesome workforce to say the least. I want to give John Meikle a special "Thank You" for all the work and all the pool advice he has given me throughout the years.

I want to thank Alan Jackson Pools for the outstanding job they did with our New Pool. Everything went great with our project. Friends were impressed at the quick turn around and the time the pool was built in. Every one at Alan Jackson was great and professional. I want to give a shout out to MARC and JOHN. They made sure everything went smooth from beginning to end.
Every time I called they were there to answer any question I had. I highly recommend them. From the beginning you know what you are getting into and they don't nickel and dime you after you start a project. Also the quality of equipment and work that was done was top notch. I have gotten many compliments on there work.

We chose ALAN JACKSON POOLS to build our dream backyard oasis and boy did they deliver! We absolutely love our pool, hot tub and firepit! It has been such a blessing to us as well as our guests. I'm so glad that I found Alan Jackson Pools, they are indeed example of true workmanship, trustworthy and superior in customer service. My pool tech Jordan, who comes each week, has my pool always inviting, and sparkling. When when I needed a question answered, the Manager Dave, went out his way and made sure to call even after he was off work.that is rare to find a company that step up their customer service standatds to high quality. The Alan Jackson staff/team are amazing people. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Our pool was completed before the given completion date, and we are trilled with the results. Alan Jackson Pools was nothing short of amazing! Mark and John really are true professionals. They took my calls no matter what time of the day and stayed in touch every step of the way. From the planning process to completing construction, total time was just under 6 weeks! I never once had to chase people down for job statuses and every step was explained and backed up with a plan of execution. Workers showed up every day and I was truly amazed at how professional they were during the entire process.
They even came in cheaper than the other companies we shopped. City plan approvals were done with no issue, and cleanup was done professionally. Even after pool was completed, Mark ensured I was 100% happy with service and I understood how everything worked. When spending this kind of money, you deserve to work with a company that respects your time and property, and for those reasons, I highly recommend Alan Jackson to build your dream pool!

We hired Alan Jackson Pool for our home service. The pool cleaner was good in the beginning but then kept slacking off on the times he was supposed to be here at my home. He never showed up when he was supposed to and kept saying he would be late and when he did come by, he was here for like 5 min. and that's no lie! My pool was turning green than orange.
He wasn't checking the pools filter and the filter was dirty and backed up! He was putting the wrong chemicals in and haven't been able to swim in our pool for the last 2 weeks until today. We hired another pool service and hopefully this weekend we can go swimming. What kind of people does Alan Jackson pool service hire. obviously not a good qualified cleaner

Once we decided to put a pool in, our first stop was Alan Jackson Pools. We have several friends who have used their company and had great things to say about them. We now have great things to say about them too! Their customer service is outstanding. Marc Nagel is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. All the employees we encountered were very professional.

Alan Jackson Pools just finished building my pool and spa and I wanted to take the time to share my experience and to say thank you for such an incredible job. There are many competing pool companies in the Antelope Valley but Alan Jackson Pools is by far the best. Professionalism, quality of service, and exceptional customer service is what sold me on Alan Jackson Pools. Marc is a pool designing genius and he did a brilliant job designing my pool.
