Jeff has done an excellent job of communicating with us. Jeremiah had to make a return visit which they did on schedule, would recommend them.

First time out replacement motor was not available. Second time out Chris did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

My home warranty sent this company out to fix my hot tub. At this time, I still don't have a functioning hot tub. On first visit, the technician decided that he needed replace gaskets and told me that my filters were dirty (they were not). I cleaned the filters anyway, with no change to the hot tub. Over a week later he returned and replaced some gaskets, after which pipes started leaking and the hot tub was still not fixed. On his return after the home warranty call back, he said that a valve had been turned off and the hot tub was functional. It is not. I do not recommend this company at all.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff, amazing service and excellent office staff. I wouldn't trust any other pool service, because in vegas you get what you pay for!

I called my home warranty to get my Heater fixed cause it stopped working. They sent out Jeremiah with alchemist pool service To diagnose the issues. He message to me when he was on his way and once he got here was quick to diagnose the heater and actually had the part on his truck. It was a transformer. He replaced the transformer within about 15 minutes of diagnosing the issue and Fire the heater up. Jeremih was quick and responsive With any questions we had. He also gave us a quick run down On how to properly run our pool. I highly recommended company. Thank you alchemist pool service.

This place is terrible. The office staff are rude and clueless. The business owner does a lot of the communication with customers and he can never be reached. In the beginning I'd get emails about my weekly pool service and the chemical balances and I thought it was awesome but after 2 years they fell off. I have 2 pools on my account and the 2nd was a rental house.

They reached out to me letting me know the pool had been for the last 2 weeks and they had spoke to the technician that kept coming out to clean the pool. It was when I called to speak to the service manager did they bring it to my attention. There was never any mention of the green pool or any additional chemicals they added or would add. He mentioned it to me on the phone but it was as if he was just trying to cover his bases.

They told me a week later the pool would need to be drained. It's been less than 2 yrs since I drained the pool so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I immediately cancelled my service with Alchemist. I wouldn't trust them.

My pool heater thermometer stopped working and wouldn't turn off when it got up to temp. Learned the hard way after trying to get in when it was 110 degrees. My home warranty American home shield contracted with alcomist pool service for the repair. Was called right away to set an appointment and they were out first thing the next day. I received a pre call and the technician was right on time. He had it fixed with a new thermostat and was done in less then 20 mins. Very happy with the service.

The best weekly pool cleaning service and repair company I ever had. I have had many different pool companies service my pool in the past 22 years and believe me Alchemists Pool Service has my pool running perfectly and SPOTLESS. I thought I was the only person able to keep my pool clean but Alchemists WOW I had no idea it could get that clean, clear and sparkling!

Every time I look at my pool it looks professional clean and perfect. I have been with Alchemists Pool Service now for 2+ years and finally happy and feel sure that my pool is in top shape. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I was stuck with them due to my homeowners warranty. Person that they sent to inspect my equipment came over spent 15 minutes looking at my pool heater unscrewed everything and left it disheveled like that. He told me he will be back the same day to fix the problem, and never came again. When I called him repeatedly that day he refused to answer the phone.

I then called the office and one of the employees said that he wouldn't be back because he did not know how to fix the problem. Then I was told several days latter that I needed a new pool heater. I filed one claim for my pool equipment along with side issues with leaking pipes. I was told by my homeowners warranty that I would be charged only 75 dollars for Alchemist Pool service to come out and give me the estimate.

A month latter when I denied the repairs on my pool equipment I was charged 150 dollars by Alchemist pool service for two claims. When I called to dispute the charges extremely rude employees gave me the run around on the phone and stated that it was two claims. I would never use this company again and I don't recommend it to anyone. THEY SUCK!
