Absolutely amazing customer service. From the initial quote with Jim, to the two gentlemen who came out for the install. I run a customer service based business and the care I received was top notch. Not to mention how absolutely kind and caring they were with my two crazy toddlers. Even the gals who take care of the administration part of it all are AWESOME.

I got bids from a few companies and I am honestly so glad I made the right choice. The fence looks AMAZING. Thank you all so much for making sure my babies are safe in their backyard. -The Nguyen Fam

UPDATE: The owner Adam reached out and sent another tech out to assess the code needs. They added a piece, we scheduled the second inspection. THE FENCE FAILED INSPECTION A SECOND TIME. Then the owner got more involved, sent the same tech who changed the direction of the fence. This last alteration finally passed inspection and we were able to move forward with the pool.

In the end, the issue was remedied, the owner was very responsive once he was looped into the issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had this fence installed for our new pool to pass the enclosure inspection. Spoiler alert: THE FENCE FAILED INSPECTION. Lisa, Ron and Eric each told me several times that it'll pass inspection. It took a while to get an install date, so our project got put on hold while we were waiting.

During the installation, the tech drilled several of the wrong holes in my deck which he then had to redrill in the correct place and then fill with extra cement from the job. When the installation was finished, the fence lasted a day, and then popped off my garage wall, taking the gate down with it. After chasing down Lisa on the phone, she scheduled a repair for the next week.

They reattached the fence, but left a chunk missing from the side of my garage. We scheduled our inspection and, as you know, FAILED. I reached out to the company several times, called, emailed, called, emailed again. Guardian insists they're the go-to for code and inspections in LA. In my case, they came, charged a bunch, did some damage, and left us holding the bag after the FENCE FAILED INSPECTION.

Was going to place a big order and was dealing with a sales person. I received pricing and all measurements needed. I was then told by the owner that he would not sell it to me the way I was priced out previously. Will just order elsewhere owner was very rude. Bad customer service

Guardian pool fence came out and were very friendly and informative during the initial quote. They worked with our current pool holes (it's an older home that used to have a pool fence) and did an awesome job. They even took pictures and shared with me when I was at work to check if everything was accurate and to plan. Reasonable rates and very prompt.

I needed help putting the fence back up they wanted to charge me 250 bucks to come out. keep it mind thats 20% of the price it cost me to buy the fence.

Mr. Toohey was prompt for both the estimate meeting and the installation day in March once we decided to go with Guardian. Mr. Toohey has over 20 years experience and constructed and installed our pool fence in less than 3 hours.

The fence and gate look great and offers another layer of confidence that our pool area is safe. Mr. Toohey explained the entire process and demonstrated how to remove the fence for special events that do not include young children. Awesome product! I was selling my house and needed a fence. No hassle, and was done super quick.

The gate looks really nice and functions well. I feel very comfortable with my kids around it. My only issue is that I have rodents/ pets in my yard and they made some holes in the mesh. However the customer service was AMAZING and they replaced my torn fences free of charge. I suggest getting the pet grade mesh from them and I plan on trying to add spikes somehow to the top of the fence to keep the rodents away because the fence does look really good intact. Thank you Adam for helping us. I would recommend guardian!

So We have 2 boys! 1 is Autistic and the other is an infant! We were shopping for a pool fence because my autistic son LOVES the pool and he LOVES being in the backyard. We came across guardian pool and Dean came out to do the estimate, he was awesome! Very willing to help out and get us a reasonable price not take advantage like some of these other pool fence companies I called that wanted an outrageous amount! Anyways, we had a installer come out and I noticed he might have been new.

He made a couple comments that he didn't feel confident about the job before he started and made a couple more like he didn't know exactly what he was doing. I got alittle worried but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he was done, I thought everything looked good except for the door way that my husband had notice before I did. The installer was already gone at this point, it was all bent and crooked and not lined up.

We made a phone call to the office and they asked us to take pictures and email them and then they sent out one of the head installers to fix it! Gerardo did an amazing job! He fixed quickly and was very clean about it as well! Thank you guys for being accommodating to our needs and fixing the issues right away! I would recommend this to any one with a pool!

We have had your fences installed twice. First time was a year ago for our pool. Excellent workmanship. Then we decided to put up a fence for our dogs to create a dog run. So very pleased with the work that was done by Jesus. Jesus even checked over the pool fence to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend your company!

Jesus, our technician, was outstanding in every way. He called to confirm the night before, showed up on time. He was thorough and patient while we decided what we wanted. His suggestions showed his many years of experience. It was a very hot summer day. Not once did he take a break or complaint. I highly recommend Jesus for his excellence and workmanship.

Our new fence goes across the front of the pool and Jesus came up with a great solution for the gate, making larger access to the railing and steps. Also, bypassed a fig tree so the children couldn't climb over! Great job and great crew. Thank you.

Only a month old and the fence if ruined. I do not recommend if you have pets or squirrels.

They do not stand by their warranty. Paid over $2k for a fence and the paint disappeared. Fence obtained a hole at the seam. Warranty office refused to cover and offered me a can of spray paint for purchase. Save yourself the hassle.

Our family went with Guardian this time. We have had a fence put in before at a previous home by another company, so it's safe to say I would know the difference. The difference is huge. From the customer. service to the quality of the fence material. Such a stronger and thicker quality. The gate lock is even twice as thick! Thank you for making our home safer and our yard beautiful!
