Difficult company to deal with I don't trust them. They've not done a good job being of service for my pool. Christian seems like he knows what he's doing but management, professionalism and accountability is lacking. The tech, used to be responsive and actually handled our concerns pretty well, until recently, when he stopped answering texts and calls and I believe it's due to the attitude we've received from his boss. No good.

These folks maintain our pool and the community's pools and we frequently have an issue with their "expertise." If it's not one thing, it's another. The latest issue, involving a leak, has left me without a pool in working order, for almost 3 months, cause they do no leak detection. Every week, it was a "wait and see" game. The crew kept telling us, for months, that it is likely a light fixture that they had replaced a light bulb in, that could be where the leak is.

So we patiently wait, week after week. Finally, When we got upset and reached out to the owner was when we got the advise from the tech, to hire a leak detection company. When we talk to Franck, the owner, he starts vehemently denying having any fault in a leak, and stating that a leak wouldn't come from the light fixture. Even though his techs have been saying the opposite for months.

If you read about pool leaks, you'll come to find that light fixtures are one of the top four reasons why, (coming at #2.) the leak stopped around the light. The light fixture had water inside. I wonder why? Then the pool tech states, "the light fixture also had been sealed with "silicone" which is incorrect and should have been putty, by the previous company."so he replaced it.

Ever since, the leak seems to have stopped. So I ask the owner for a receipt or some proof that they worked on the pool and it's no longer leaking (so I can show the water company and they can credit me) and the Franck owner has not responded. His tech came by and I explained to the tech, either they can pay the excess water or give me a darn document saying they fixed the leak.

The owner refuses to even acknowledge that the tech inadvertently fixed the leak. He sent me the pool leak detection info, instead, as if I'm still complaining over a leak. After I clearly told him the water was no longer dropping more than the evaporating amount. It seems this guy must have no insurance, since he is so afraid of liability that he won't even communicate effectively or give paperwork on the work that was done.

I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with how Franck, the owner has handled this situation Christian is a good, knowledgeable and responsible tech. The owner should learn from his employee. I don't recommend this company.

Everclear Pool offers the best value of all the pool service companies I contacted. Our pool has never looked better! Johnny, the technician is courteous and careful and Franck, the owner, quickly resolved a flawed piping design that had been installed by another pool company. The system now runs great! Thanks, Franck and Everclear.
