Jim and Don with Premier Fiberglass were our top choice for designing and installing an excellent back yard oasis. If Jim didn't provide the level of confidence a homeowner needed to get through the destruction and rebuilding of our yard, we would have been one of those reviews that complain. I love the quality of the pool. The workers were always polite and cleaned up as they go.
We are less than two months from start to finish including a lot of rain issues. The final clean is done and we only need our cool coat on the deck to make it complete. Thank you for giving us more than we could ever hope for!

This is an absolutely true story: online (yelp, linkedin, etc.), premier advertises that it does work in "Texas area and beyond." I'm in Houston and have good friends in Austin who recommended premier. So, I called. When the gal answered the phone, I asked if they did any work in Houston. When she said, "no" I asked if they would consider it if I paid more money.
Her response? "HOW ABOUT YOU NEVER CALL AGAIN." I'm still laughing at this response, but sad that I could not get a contractor here to spray on fiberglass. Use at your own risk!

Jim and Premier are the best. We talked early last year and admitted we needed time to save some money. They were patient and we began work in October. As always, there were wrinkles but Jim always made it right from a second surfacing of the fiberglass to make it look right to fixing a leak that may or may not have been their problem. (We never had to dig in to the contract because Jim said they would fix it and they did - he even paid for the leak detection.) They really are honest operators, waited to make sure it was all in good shape before taking the second 1/2 of payment. Dont go anywhere else if you need a fiberglass pool resurfaced.
