We have a showroom where you can pick out your rock and tiles for your project. We also offer a beautiful conference room that has a large screen HD projector that will show you your pool designs in 3D and also allows you to make design changes as you watch! We believe in the high standards you are wanting from your pool contractor, and we offer nothing but the best for our customers. We build a pool that is environmentally safe and efficient and one that will be minimal work for you in the years to come.

We have a small salt water pool that they have been maintaining for a while now. Not only are they a great value, but their customer service is amazing. Every person I have been in contact with has been so patient in explaining and answering all the questions I have. which have been a lot since I'm ignorant to the maintenance of pools and all the ancillary equipment.
Very impressed with the quality of the service for the price for coming out each week. They also email a job summary after each week's servicing visit that comes with pictures and detailed information. I don't know how competitive the pool service industry is, but if you've read this far, I recommend giving them a call. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We 'inherited' a company that took care of our pool when we bought our house in the summer of 2020 and suffered through bad service and incomplete work before we made the move to Water Wizards a few months ago - I wish we would have done it sooner! They are professional, fair and consistent. I love the report that is emailed after every service detailing what was done as well as any opportunities, it's been a great experience all the way around.

Water Wizards Pools designed and constructed the beautiful backyard oasis we've always wanted. Alex and Adam were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. The actual construction took more time than normal (to be expected during this challenging pandemic year), but Alex was in constant communication during the entire process. The final result was well worth the wait! Thanks for everything!

Let me start by saying, we loved this company at first. However, Our Polaris, we purchased from them less than a year ago, started breaking in March 2021. For several months WE followed up with them and got the run around about why the manufacture would not repair, or preferably replace. Yesterday, the rep, RAY was awful to deal with - CS #101: Don't argue w/client when your company in "in the wrong"!
He told me we could not have manufacture information. Nor could he give me any information on the ETA of part for equipment. While he was blabbing on with excuses, my husband got on the phone and had a new company lined up for weekly services and a BRAND NEW Polaris! Imagine that, Ray completely blamed the manufacture! Horrible representation of a business!

Let me begin by saying you should stop researching pool companies and sign with Water Wizard Pools. I can honestly say, I did a lot of leg work researching pool contractors in DFW and cannot be happier that I chose WW. From the initial contact with Bill the Designer to the finished project, I experienced nothing short of perfection and professionalism.
You will hear horror stories about pool construction, it does not occur with these guys. Construction supervisors Adam and Rick oversee the heavy lifting, could not be a smoother process. I was expecting a nightmare, pleasantly shocked everything was done with expertise, clean and concise. I want to thank the entire Water Wizard team, Steve and crew for performing a great job, giving us our dream back yard. You rock!

We had a pool built by Water Wizard and they did a great job! From design to completion, they captured just what we wanted in our pool and was there to answer questions every step of the way. They even finished faster than expected! We just completed pool school today and felt comfortable in knowing that if we ever had additional questions we were able to call! I highly recommend Water Wizard to anyone.

If you are looking to have a pool built, then look no further than Water Wizard. These guys knocked it out of the park and gave me and my family our own slice of paradise right in our backyard. Bill nailed the design that we were looking for, and Rick and Adam made it all come to life. They kept us informed through the entire process, and answered any questions that we had. Everyone was a true professional and delivered on everything that was promised. I highly recommend Water Wizard to anyone in the market of having a pool designed and built.

We had a unique idea for our custom pool, and Water Wizard delivered above and beyond our vision! Bill Designed just what we wanted, and was very considerate of our needs and budget. Adam and Rick brought our vision to life! When presented with challenges (rock, drainage, adding extra features), Adam and Rick handled it all with the ease. It is safe to say this team is made of experts! Communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful pool.
