Just brought my motor in so I'm not sure about results. However, I was very impressed by the in the door reception and vast knowledge of my engine. I felt confident my needs would either be corrected or addressed more than adequately.

Good people, excellent service. Been in business many years. Have used on several occasions and always gotten great service for a fair price. If you got electrical motor or generator type issues, this is best place to go in West Michigan!

This place has no communication with its consumers I've called 5 times in the last 2 weeks to try to get information I keep getting put on hold for 15 minutes saying I'm gonna get a call back I never get a call back they said that they're gonna get in touch with me and I'll never hear back I don't understand what the issue is

My pool pump wouldn't turn on today, and after fooling with it for a while I got fed up and called my pool place. I was referred to a small run down looking repair shop. Leaving for a trip tomorrow morning I was impatient, annoyed and in a hurry. Driving down west side GR/butterworth industrial area I questioned what kind of establishment I was heading to when I had the pleasure of meeting CHUCK! Chuck was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel as if I was his best customer he had all day!

Just a mere few bucks later I walked out of there with a working pool pump, an attitude adjustment and a very thankful heart. Chuck probably has no idea how much his friendliness and attentive customer service changed my mood today, but I am going to refer his little machine shop to anyone and everyone that could use it. If you have any little machines that need care, I highly recommend you go see Chuck.

Amazing customer service, Adam took the time to find the correct part. After about 20 min on the computer and in catalogs he was able to find what I needed. Very professional service and would recommend them.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service. They helped us source a replacement blower motor for a unit that had gone bad on an old wood stove and we were back in business the same day! They even went the extra mile and made sure we understood how to reverse the direction of the motor if need be and how to hook up the new capacitor which was much appreciated.

The go to place for electric motor repair or replacement. They have loads of knowledge. I recently needed a new fan motor for my ac condensing unit. The had the part in stock walked me through how to wire up the new one and removed the stuck fan blades from the old motor. I have always received excellent service.

This is not related to the jurisdiction of their business but I just wanted to say how genuinely kind and amazing all the workers are! I lost my dog the prior night and he had gone to their shop where they let him and called me to let him know he was safe. They had posted a sign about a lost dog on their business door as well. When I came to get him he was so happy to see me but also was so comfortable with all the workers! Just wanted to say how compassionate and friendly all the employees there are and how lucky my dog was to have gone there!

We use fixall for our pump and small electric motor repairs. Chuck is very knowledgeable and the staff is polite. Very high standards and is almost like looking back in time, when businesses really appreciated their customers.

I thought I needed a new start capacitor - these guys checked the one I had and told me it was good. They easily could have sold me a new one and made a sale. They also gave me some advice on the motor I was having trouble with and it worked. Great place to do business with and if I need anything to do with an electrical motor I will be visiting them first!
