We own our own equipment and have our own experienced employees. When you buy an in ground pool from Fox Pools, you'll work with us through the entire construction process and Mike Fox is on every in ground job site.

The Staff and Owner at Fox Pools are always helpful and knowledgeable. Its like family when you go in to the store. They have more that pool supplies also, they have Grills and grilling supplies. Hot tubs, fire pits. and more! We are lucky to have them on the Westside of Evansville. Have nothing but good things to say about Fox Pools. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't know, they will find out. Also like that they are local folks and not a big chain. First time I used fox pools this spring. The nicest people ever! The associate sold me exactly what I needed in chemicals! This is the first time in 12 years my pool has been clear all summer! Thanks Fox pools! Also purchased a Dolfin vacuum. Vacuums are a little pricey so I had a lot of questions, the employee answered all my questions and she was spot on! I love it! Fox pool is my pool store from now on!

This year they opened my pool but did not clean it, claiming they only had me down to "open the pool and change the light". Last year they opened and cleaned the pool, but didn't replace the lightbulb because they didn't have the right one on the truck. They said they would come back later in the year to replace it but didn't. I've never had to explicitly tell anyone opening my pool to clean it before. If I had time to clean it at opening I would just open it myself. Very disappointed. Again.

I had no idea they carried so much stuff in stock. Not just pool supplies, but tons of other stuff as well. Really glad to see another Big Green Egg dealer in town. I didn't care much for the only place we had before. Very polite to their customers, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable pricing. I will be giving them my business.
