Pool Care Speclsts-Central FL

Called them for some Warranty work on my Hayward pump that failed 1 month shy of the 3 year warranty (thank you God). After I had all my documents in a row they sent someone out the next day to replace and fix at no charge, a $650-950 savings. I called 3 others so called Hayward Warranty establishments before them and they gave me the Covid Story runaround (true or not, whatever still does not help me) that it would take 1 month to get the parts and get to my warranty work (sure they don't get paid top dollar for warranty work and paperwork might be a bear to get paid by Hayward).

I don't know about you but a non circulating pool in FL in the dead of summer is not a pretty sight. Thank you Ashley for responding so quickly and being so open and responsive with EMAIL communication (too hard for her to call everyone back and having a long drawn out conversation about issues, that would kill your day) Great work POOL CARE SPECIALIST OF CENTRAL FL certainly would recommend to anyone that ask.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Would never in a million years recommend this company. They are very unprofessional and don't know how to run a business. They don't know how to communicate with the employees or the customers. The owners of this establishment are both jokes. Don't do business here.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Terrible service. They drop us without any advance notice arguing they didn't have enough employees. The pool looks like no one brushed it in months. (And we had the full weekly service)

Critical: Professionalism After being a client with Poolcare Specialists we were terminated with no notice. They blamed it on a labor shortage which is most likely true but giving a customer no notice, no suggestions for alternatives just an email saying sorry effective immediately is pretty bad.

The only service that wouldn't make me wait 3 weeks to check my pool pump. And they were very honest as well.

I have been thoroughly impressed with Pool Care Specialist! Rodney is so valuable to me! Tonight I had an issue with my lights and he immediately responded via text to walk me through resetting them! They do a fabulous job on a weekly basis maintaining my pool! I highly recommend them for any pool maintenance issues whatsoever! Service: General repairs

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY! I have never left a negative review before but it is imperative if you are looking for pool service, please read this! I have a new pool, installed 7/19. I hired this company to service and make repairs on equipment. I paid my bill every month and trusted the weekly pool tech to clean and check our equipment per the service agreement.

Not only did he give us constant mis-information, he never bothered to mention the flow of our pool basically stopped over these months and never reported that our salt cell was defective. I am not a pool expert which is why I did not know anything was wrong. I have attached a photo of our filter to show how much this company cares about its customers! IT HAS NEVER BEEN CHECKED OR CLEANED IN 9 MONTHS!

Because of the lack of care (it should have been checked once per month and should have lasted 3-5 years with proper care) we have to buy a brand new filter that could be as much as $500.00! Not only that, their management team is so rude and cancelled my service for asking about their safety precautions during the COVID pandemic. I am so thankful they did because I now have the best company and qualified kind professionals.

If you need a fantastic pool company you can trust to take care of your pool on every level, Pinch A Penny is THE BEST! Good luck and stay away from Pool Care Specialists. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star instead of 0, that would have been my choice. I have updated the photos to show the difference in the filters! The old filter weighs well over a 100 plus pounds and is going to require 2 people to remove from my property it is so filled with debris and could have damaged our whole system. I have had to pay $450 to replace the filter as should have lasted years with the correct cleaning. They cant deny a photo this disgusting!

Pool Care Specialists upgraded my entire system and converted it to salt in February of 2018. They have also been providing the weekly service since then. During this time a few issues have arisen and they were always quick to respond and resolved those issues in a timely manner. Their staff is always professional and courteous.

We just cancelled Pool Care Specialist and found another good highly rated pool company. Our new company took photos of all our pool issues never addressed by Pool Care Specialist in the 10+ years we had them doing maintenance. Very sad.
