Marco and the entire staff are always happy to help and really do provide top notch service! Definitely the best pool company in the Belle Isle area!

We moved into our house with a pool about a year ago. We wanted to start off trying to care for the pool ourselves, and everyone at Pool Pleaser has made it possible and easy for us. Every time we come in with an issue they always give their time and expertise to give us clear steps for fixing it, and within a day or two I'm back to having a crystal clear pool. They also replaced the motor on our Maytronics Dolphin for free after finding that it was still under warranty. They are the best!

Pool pleaser is very professional, knowledgeable, and able to suggest do it yourself pool fixes. They also have remote staff that can come to your house for repairs or pool service. I tried going to cheaper places, but I found that their staff was not very knowledgeable, and I had to learn everything about pool chemicals. Appoo pleaser, they know their stuff and steer me in the right direction.

Where do I start? I live in Tampa and bought a Maytronics Dolphin vacuum online and within a month I had an issue. I look online and Leslie's and Pinch-A-Penny both claim to service this unit. Hauled it around to both places only to be told by each of them that they don't service this unit. (Despite the calls and very accurate description of the unit and problem).

Almost at my wits end after spending way too much money on something that isn't working I called Maytronics and they told me the only dealer they know actually does the work is Pool Pleaser in Orlando. Luckily I work over this way two-three times a week and could bring it over. I walk in show it to them, they determine it's the motor and under warranty.

I leave it here and they fixed it called me and said come get it. How much better does it get than that? These people are awesome. Thank you all again and I know I know you were just doing your job but you'd be surprised at how many don't get that.

I have been going to Pool Pleaser for my pool supplies since I fired my Pool Service provider 15 years ago. They tested my water for free and provided all the advise I needed to keep my pool sparkling clear. I upgraded to a variable speed pump a few years back and have been very happy with the results. Taking care of my own pool has never been easier and much better water clarity than with my old pool service provider.

Marco and Andrew at The Pool Pleaser were friendly and professional. We have a Maytronics, Dolphin Nautilus electric pool cleaner and we needed an authorized service center to help us get it going again. They handled our warrantee with the manufacturer easily and fixed it right up! They even made a few extra "tweaks" just because they cared to! WOW!

We had to travel 30 minutes to get to them but we will use them for any other pool issues we have. We only wish they were closer to the Longwood 32750 area. We are very glad we found them. So, don't hesitate to use these guys. You won't be sorry!

I love this pool supply store. I have been to many. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is awesome! This store has everything you need or if they don't have it they will order it. They also do free pool water testing Andrew will tell you exactly what you need and he is happy to help you. With a smile.

On this #ThankYouThursday, I just want to give a big shout out to Marco, Andrew, Scott and of course, owner Jackie for the great work and service you all do. I can call and ask a question any time and you all know my pool requirements inside and out. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING! After years of having them as my service provider for my pool I caught the people sleeping in my driveway. Eating lunch instead of working on my pool etc etc etc. it's not only what say it's also what i have on Video! On top of that they talked ne Into buying a couple thousand dollar filter because the guys can't keep up (go figure) and now after spending almost 3000USD they dropped my account and said they don't do any outside pools anymore( wonder how many indoors there are in Florida. Hands down worst company ever. Don't fall in the trap!

Asked for a quote, gave my info, and they never responded. I guess they have enough customers to not add any new ones.

They just replaced my spa heater and control board. Steve and Scott completed the job in no time and even signed my up for weekly pool cleaning. Glad to finally find a responsive and reliable pool contractor and store.

I've been going to Pool Pleaser for the last 25 years. They are always very knowledgeable and any problems I have are solved obviously I've seen different people over the years from the owner Jackie to today Marco. I've been having problems with my pool navigator and tried many things to have it work well again. Today I was close to buying a new one but Marco has another thing to check on it plus he will lend me a different one to check in my pool before buying a brand new one. Excellent service!
