Services
We provide various levels of diagnostic, inspection, and reporting services to meet the requirements of our clients. We base our charges on the time that is taken for the job, the complexity of the job, and the customers' requirements. Customer requirements range from a very basic report to a complete in depth report with pictures, descriptions, and bids, for repair or replacement of equipment, structure, plaster, decks, electric panels, electronic control systems, etc.Then our regular hourly rate of $100, plus any expenses, as agreed to in advance, or on site, with the client.
The following sets of instructions / guidelines are meant to assist you in using and understanding your pool. They are not in any way intended to replace the pool builders, equipment manufacturers, and chemical manufacturers instructions. SAFETY FIRST: always follow the instructions that came with your pool or spa, that were supplied by the manufacturer or builder.

I called to set up an appointment to blow out my pool lines for a Monday and the time frame was 8;30 am to 10;30am. I took apart the pump area and sweep hose so they could get to it quickly. On Monday he calls at 740am and says his guy is sick and he'd have to reschedule. I asked if there was anything he could do or recommend someone to complete it today?
His answer was no with very little empathy. Now, I realize things happen but I have always tried to take care of my customers at all cost. I did not get the feeling he cared about my situation and therefore wanted to warn potential customers before they are stuck on a similar situation. There are plenty of pool repair companies out there, and my recommendations are to find one with the integrity, Roger is lacking

Horrible First Impression Called to schedule an appointment to have someone give us a quote on replastering our pool. The phone was answered by a woman who immediately made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my call. I explained what I needed and she told me she could have someone out this week and there's a $100 fee for the quote. I own my own business, I understand having your time paid for.
So I asked if that would than be used as a credit if we chose them to do the work. I was told, in an annoyed voice (so clearly I'm not the first person who has asked) that it's up to the tech and depends on the cost of the job. I ask for clarification and she tells me the same thing, adding that if a tech goes out for a filter for example. I interrupt her reminding her that I had clearly noted I'm looking for a pool replaster and that would be anywhere between $9-15k. She could care less. Told her I'd take my business elsewhere. Anywhere else.

The house we bought had seen years of neglect to the pool and it's equipment. Bill came out and, having had years of experience servicing this pool in the past, came out and got it back to where it should be. He did a fantastic job of getting it to where we could use the pool comfortably again and for many years to come. Highly recommended!

After the burnt out pool light in our 20+ year old Renaissance fiberglass pool was replaced by our 'pool service', we were losing 2.5 in of water a day out of our pool. :- We struggled for two years trying to find someone who could help us. Recommended by Renaissance pools, Roger thoroughly checked out our pool, found the leak and our pool level has been steady every since. THANKS ROGER!

I called this company to fix my Hayward H 400 heater. A guy came out and promptly put a probe on the heater that caused a huge spark incompletely burnt out the fuse board. He then went on to lecture me about how Hayward is garbage and the right thing for me to do is to pay him over $4000 to buy a brand new pentair because that's what he sells. He charged me $100 for this "service".
I brought somebody else out who replaced a simple burned out fuse and The heater work like a charm! I told Rodgers I had a Hayward before they even came over. He didn't need to come over and burn out my Hayward and then tell me that he doesn't work on hayward's. and try to sell me something else and charge me a $100! Avoid this company. I even tried to call them to try to have them make it right but they will not return my calls

Critical: Professionalism I scheduled over a week out and told them multiple times that I would not be home until after 1:30 pm. They scheduled me for 8:30 am and then wanted me to reschedule. Completely unprofessional on their part. The technician was good the first time. But not good enough to make up for this level of incompetence.
