Our inspection will diagnosis over 30 items and give you piece of mind that you're not buying someone's problems. We will provide a written itemized assessment of the pool and/or spa and all of the equipment. We catch minor problems before they become major expenses and often find problems that home inspectors don't even know to look for. We will offer suggestions, recommendations, and even estimates for the repairs.
Your swimming pool water collects minerals over time, causing "Parts-per-million" to exceed recommended levels. When this happens, many things start to go wrong with your pool, such as the inability to balance chemicals, buildup on pool tile, and water that makes your skin itchy. To best deal with this problem, we recommend a drain and fill every 3-5 years.
