I called them to make an appointment with them. They were going to call me back to confirm when they could come over. They never called me back. Very unprofessional.

Called this company for an estimate on weekly pool cleaning services. Guy never showed up. Against my initial feelings, I asked my husband to call and reschedule. Owner came out. He didn't seem to be in the best mood. I directed him to the backyard and he took a look at the pool. Never heard from him after that. My husband called to inquire about the estimate and was told that Texas Pools doesn't clean the type of pool that we have.

I would avoid if quality and accountability matters. Service call setup days ago. Today, our service day, no call. Called in two times to ask about status of service and was hung up on by Michelle in the front office. On 3rd call, spoke with Allison, administrative manager, and was completely blown off. No ownership of hang-ups or lack of returned voicemails.

After realizing the front office was not supportive, I finally got in touch with Jay in service. Jay then informed me that his tech was out. However, couldn't explain why we have been on the schedule with no call back. Afterwards, attempted to re-schedule. However, couldn't tell me when. it would be today, tomorrow. maybe. Unfortunately, not a reliable group.

Texas Pools built an awesome resort-style pool and spa for us. Our rep Kelly was very responsive and walked us through the entire construction process. We have been using Texas Pools since 2014 when we remodeled our pool. They have serviced our pool since then. They did a great job on the remodel. Overall we have found them to be very professional and responsive and they consistently do a good job of cleaning our pool week after week. Prior to 2014 we used two different pool service companies and were not happy with either of them.

Texas Pools has built my last two pools and I couldn't be happier with the beauty, durability and quality of each one. The second pool they "built" for me was actually a total refurbishment of an older pool. They totally replumbed the piping, replaced all pool equipment, ran all new electrical conduit, added 5 modern automated lights, and refinished the surface with a beautiful PebbleSheen plaster, new accent tiles and side tiles.

They also added a "beach" or shelf entry and splash fountain for my younger grandkids and a thrilling Corkscrew slide for the older ones. Our remodeled Texas Pools pool is a beautiful part of our backyard and makes it the gathering place for all of our family occasions. Thanks, Paul, for your creativity and imagination and direct involvement in my pool project. Texas Pools also does my weekly pool maintenance and Chris is our technician.

He is very reliable and prompt and does a very thorough job of cleaning our pool and deck area each week. He's also friendly and a very nice guy! Thanks, Chris, for years of excellent service and for keeping our pool beautiful. Obviously, if I ever move again and need to build or renovate a pool, I will be calling Texas Pools!
